Extremely clean and super duper convenient. Having a Family Mart built into the hotel is an absolute game changer. Not even a 5 minute walk to the Ginza subway station, and only a 1-2 minute walk from the Main Street in Ginza, with access to shops, cafes, restaurants and more. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Every time I had a question they were able to help me easily. The breakfast option was fantastic and very affordable (¥1500~) and was delicious. This hotel is seriously one of the best hotels in all of Japan, and I cannot wait to return for a third time - this hotel is truely fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough. ありがとうございました！

There is nothing I didn’t like - it was truely a perfect hotel.

The staff was really friendly and checking in and out was really easy. The location is also really great. It is right next to the main Ginza street and the Shinbashi station is also 5-10min away which was really nice. There is a Family Mart right next to it but also a lot of great restaurants nearby. They provide free pijamas which were really comfortable. While you can still hear other people in the floor when they talked a bit louder, it was very quiet throughout my stay. If you prefer a location which is not as busy, this one is perfect for you. The area is very quiet and clean.

As many other hotels in Tokyo the room I had was very small. I couldn't open my big baggage without blocking something else. While this location is close to the Shinbashi station, Google Maps will often suggest you to take the Ginza station, which is 10-15min away depending on the crowd. I couldn't connect my phone to the TV :(

I specifically booked this hotel for the location. Very close to shops and metro. I arrived after midnight and felt very safe walking to the hotel from the train station. The breakfast is good although if you are staying for several days it can get repetitive. Check in and check out was a breeze and staff were very friendly. They have a well stocked amenities baskets like shampoo, toner, moisturizer, sunblock...you name it i even took some home because the products were good and in cute sachet form.

The bed is not very comfortable. Everything on tv is in japanese so no sense in turning it on. Wish they can include one news chanel in english.

Clean and quiet, and beds and pillows were quite comfortable for me. Sound isolation between rooms was excellent. The air purifier/fan was great for consistent white noise, and AC unit worked well while it was 50-70F outside in mid April. I traveled with a friend and the standard 2 bed room we booked was just barely big enough for two 24" suitcases (medium check-in). If you have more luggage, you will struggle to walk in the room or open clam shell suitcases. There's one wall outlet by each bed, as well as controls for the room lights which is very convenient. Location is good for the value, but not the best if you don't want to walk much. The neighborhood is quiet and is an 8min walk to the nearby train station; a block or so away from high end street shopping in Ginza; is seconds or 5 mins from the Family Mart convenience store or DonQuixote, respectively; and has a few restaurants nearby (I loved Ginza Innit cafe for the vibes and solid food). I recommend this hotel if you plan to mostly do shopping. Was able to walk from the train station with my suitcase to this hotel, but wouldn't recommend if you have heavy suitcase(s). Service was great - they speak English, and check in and checkout was a breeze.

Like many say, the standard 2 bed room is fairly tiny for two people, and if you have more than 2 medium checked suitcases (especially clamshell), you might struggle with the size and are probably going to be tiptoeing around your luggage. Also, the bathroom doorway has a 2" tall threshold and the bathtub is very deep, so it there are a lot of tripping hazards. Be careful! Lobby was always crowded when I saw it. The 3 elevators can barely fit more than 6 people, and the wait was often over 2 mins. I probably wouldn't recommend this place if you have mobility issues - too many tripping hazards in the room, and the narrow elevators would barely fit a standard wheelchair. They may have accessible rooms though.

Location was great, just a block away from Ginza Six and a few minutes from various metro stations. There's a 24h konbini on the first floor. The hotel also made us avail of their extended stay promo because of the typhoon that changed our train plans. The staff was nice, lent us umbrellas for the rain and also booked the taxi for us when we checked out .

Booking site advertised that it has a designated smoking area but it didn't. This was a hassle because the closest official smoking area was a block away and only open from 9am to 9pm. There was an unofficial one next to the building, but it's 'smoke at your own risk' 😂.

We booked the Premium twin room and this is a decent size ie we could open our suitcase without a problem. Location is excellent - not far from Ginza metro station and all the shops - with Family Mart on the GF and Donki about 50m away :D Excellent location

the staff at the reception - my experience with a male staff - he is like a "check in robot". Not interested in anything else e.g we asked about the option for bagged luggage - he just brushed us off with "we dont do this". Perhaps they should learn from the service provided by Sotetu Fresa Inn Kyoto Kiyomizu Gojo - another sister-hotel - staff is friendly and approachable.

We really like the location of this place. Walking distance to Uniqlo, GU, Muji flagship stores, near Excelsior cafe (for us to enjoy good coffee), and even better Family Mart is right next to the hotel. We found nice restaurants (Kyoto Ramen Morry Ginza and Tonkatsu Aoki Ginza 8-chome) within 5 mins walk from the hotel. We can get all essential items easily. We managed to book two connecting rooms so it is very convenient for our family. It was slightly more spacious. We managed to wash our clothes during our stay in the common area with easy to follow instructions coin laundry service. Friendly staff members. Most of them tried their best to speak to us in English and assist with the luggage transferring process during the last day.

Nothing much other than limited space to move about in the room after we unload our luggage. We have 3 big luggages. We are lucky that we have connecting rooms. But from what I understand, most hotels in Tokyo the room size is small with limited space. I would consider this hotel room quite reasonable size and comfortable for a family.

The location was excellent with a direct train from Narita airport, multiple stations within a walking distance and in the heart of the Ginza shopping district. There is also a Family Mart right under the hotel, in which we stopped every day before heading out to get some drinks and coming back to get some ice cream. The reception is 24 hours and the staff is very helpful. For forwarding my luggage to one of my next hotels in Osaka, I only had to provide them with the name of my hotel in Osaka and the check-in date and pay for it, and they took care of the rest (calling the hotel in Osaka to confirm my booking there, filling in the forms and handing my luggage to the transport service). There are also various free amenities and a coin laundry facility.

There are only three tumble dryers in the coin laundry facility and they are not very strong, so it takes quite a while to get it dried. This is a bit of an issue when a lot of people are using the dryers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fresa Inn Ginza-Nanachome. The location was great with a short walking distance to the central train station and the subway station. The room was small but very clean and well organized. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options (scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, jams, bread and some other small japanese dishes). They served both hot and ice coffee which was a big plus for us. Really happy we could store our luggage after we checked out. The internet also worked very well.

Nothing to complain about.

There’s a connected FAMILY MART convenience store in the first floor so it’s easier to grab some snacks and other travel essentials in case you missed something. The place is walking distance from HIBIYA LINE (Higashi-Ginza Station) and GINZA LINE (Ginza Sta.) so going around Tokyo was easy. Most of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Had no problem communicating with them. They took good care of our luggages before check-in and after check-out. But the best part was when the staff arranged a luggage delivery for us. The explanation was very detailed and the transaction was a breeze! I wish I got his name but he was really, really helpful!

I have been to Japan many times so the limited/small space is not a shocker but just take note of the size of the room especially if you have big luggages. I wish they offer free bottled water? Or free tea / coffee in the lobby. Thank you.
