Like- the cleanliness, comfy bed , staff, location and welcome drink , nice shower , PJs , toiletries at reception was a good idea , take what you need Dislike- breakfast was very limited with 4 very limited options , we asked for 2 eggs instead and were told only 1 egg per customer! Not very customer friendly re flexibility , Rooms small but passable , view left a lot to be desired , expensive for the offer there are other less expensive or same that offer more, more for younger market than us over 60’s!

Modern hotel in an excellent and central location right in the heart of Ginza Corridor. Ample restaurant options right at your doorstep, plus convenience store across the road. Walking distance to two stations on the JR Yamanote line, Imperial Palace, and Ginza shopping district. The facilities in the room were great and super modern, loved the projector in the room instead of TV. Shower also connects to your phone so you can play music from your phone! Probably one of my favourite hotels that we stayed at during our Japan trip.

Our room was on level 11 but we could still hear the trains running at night. The noise didn't really bother us but just something to be mindful of if you're a light sleeper.

We only stayed for two nights, but we enjoyed our time here. We loved the projector (perfect when we needed to chill because of jet lag)! And it was great that we could pick up coffee bags, face cream etc. at the reception whenever we needed.

We tried two different (free) welcome drinks at the hotel bar, but unfortunately they were not good. One of them we couldn't even finish. I would recommend to go somewhere else for a cocktail. The hotel itself was great though - nothing to complain about.

I absolutely love this place! It’s conveniently located near several train stations, which makes getting around super easy. You can also walk to various stops and attractions nearby, so it’s perfect for exploring the area without needing a car. The location really adds to the overall experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. What truly impressed me was the array of dining options available within close proximity to the hotel. It's a food lover's paradise, with a multitude of eateries to choose from, offering a wide range of cuisines to suit every palate. A remarkable aspect of The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor is their commitment to sustainability. The concept of providing guests with the option to take only what they need from the reception, thereby minimizing wastage, is both thoughtful and eco-conscious. This approach aligns perfectly with the values of modern travelers who prioritize responsible consumption. Even the skincare products provided were of surprisingly high quality, a rarity in many hotels. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience down to the smallest details. The convenience of having laundry facilities available on the premises was a game-changer, allowing me to travel light and still maintain clean clothes effortlessly. The affordability and ease of using the laundry facilities were greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for a free welcome drink. This small gesture added a personalized touch to our stay and made us feel truly valued as guests.

Very convenient. 7-11 is just opposite the hotel. It's a stone throw away from Michelin star Soba shop, and very short walk to Ginza train station.

Room was facing the train tracks. There's noise insulation so you can faintly hear trains go by almost every other minute. If you're a deep sleeper it shouldn't be an issue though.

location was excellent, close to restaurants. Room overlooked the train line. It wasn't overly noisy but they can be heard. Bar area is really good and has a terrace. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower has Bluetooth which was quirky

The breakfast was terrible. We booked breakfast for 4 days and only chose to eat it once. Food was soggy, choice was very limited and was neither western or Japanese. The restaurant itself was clean

It was my first stay at this very new accommodation which was chosen because of its location for a specific event I was attending in Tokyo. It was perfect for that activity with good access to the Tokyo Metro system and hundreds of restaurants within a short walk in many directions. The room was well designed, a moderate size as with many Tokyo hotel rooms but not cramped either especially for one person. The storage space was minimal but sufficient for my basic essentials. Instead of a flat screen TV, there was a video projector attached to the ceiling. With a little assistance from the technical staff at the hotel, I was able to stream video material from my iPhone and iPad on to the wall, a lightly textured grey paper but not affecting the brightness of the image significantly. Wifi worked well. A good shower with ample hot water. My room overlooked a fairly busy railway line which could be heard distantly during its working hours. If someone requires complete silence, perhaps a request for a room on the other side of the building could be suggested. Although I didn't try the food near the reception area of the hotel, I had a couple of meals in the Italian restaurant on the ground level and these were very good. In the neighbourhood were all manner of culinary treats from Japanese seafood to Spanish, Indian, Cantonese, Vietnamese and other cuisines. I look forward to another stay at this hotel. The room was a comfortable temperature at the end of Autumn. I could wash essential clothes and they would be dry within 24 hours, a very great consideration when travelling light.

My room overlooked a busy train line. I believe the window was double glazed but there was sometimes a dull sound of passing trains. No other negative aspects come to mind. I believe there was a DJ in attendance for social activities near the reception area but in my room at night I was unaware of music being played.

Rooms reasonably spacious compared to others near by. Clean and centrally located. Staff helpful and accommodating.

Real face towels.

I liked the location and the general vibe of this hotel! They have a good range of products and facilities for guest to use.

We didn’t like how the property didn’t have any microwaves for guests to use.
