Very practical accommodation if you plan to travel by Shinkansen towards Osaka or Shizuoka. The hotel is located directly above the train station, with a convenient shuttle bus connection from Haneda Airport. It offers fast and easy access to Tokyo, and with a JR Pass, train rides are free of charge. The laundry service was very helpful, and as a bonus, hotel lounge access was included. Uniqlo and many other shops are just a few floors below in the same building, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. A great place to stay both after arriving in Japan or before your departure.

very well located, with lots of good equipement and great voltage for electronics charge (there were both a hair dryer and starightener in the bathroom, along with special hair care produits + great amenities. the breakfast was ok with a varied choice of Japanese and Western food. great restaurants choice in the same building + the hotel was giving coupons for purchases and restaurants dealer.

my room stank of "old salary man" when I entered the room and without windows opening, I had to spray a lot of local fabric spray to kind of remove as much as I could of the stench. other than that all good!

Free coffee, tea and drinks provided at their lounge. Location is very near Shin-Yokohama station. Food available around the area. Good views from the hotel room. Rooms are also very soundproof. Stayed on the highest floor and couldn’t hear any train sounds even though it was directly below. Hotel room is also spacious enough for 2! Drinking water is provided outside the room 24/7, making it super convenient since we didn’t have to boil our own water.

Lounge hours start only at 10AM so getting morning coffee before we started our day wasn’t possible.

The location was idea as it is above the train station and all amenities, food, shopping etc. Staff were very accommodating. Laundry facilities were decent but can be busy. Ice and cold water on the 16 floor which was the same floor as our room was handy.

There is nothing I did not particularly like about the hotel. The only issue was that I thought that I had breakfast included in the price but apparently not (my issue). However, I personally thought the breakfast was quite expensive for what it was and actually ate (approximately £30 / ¥5200 if paid the night before). That price x the 6 nights we stayed = quite a lot more money. Generally can eat cheaper out so we had the hotel buffet breakfast half the time.

Reception service does not speak English sufficiently, standard questions (for a business hotel) can not be answered or it takes a very long time, e.g. about directions, about train tickets, recommendation for restaurant or printing of the invoice with the company‘s address, Breakfast buffet is in restaurant opposite, selection limited.

The look and feel of the hotel from the lobby and throughout the hotel. It is esthetically pleasing. The location was ideal. Easy access to the train station and to shops that are in the same building on different floors.

We were 2 individuals that arrived at different times. Since my flight arrived later, I checked in later. The staff member who checked me in did not provide the standard required information about the hotel. They assumed that I would get the information from the guest who checked in first.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The structure is really cool, that you can look down from the top. Once you get inside, you don’t hear other people’s sound. Really quiet. The using goods’ materials are very nice and cut cup at bathroom. It is my 2nd time staying there, because not only hotel is excellent but the location is so convenient. O minutes to access to the transportation, it is on the Shinkansen’s station !! If you like to store your luggage, they would offer it too.

Nothing ! If I really need to say, the location is convenient for JR train station, so coming from Haneda airport, you need to use bus for direct transportation.

Good business hotel directly above Shin Yokohsma train station. Staff very friendly. Spacy bathroom, very good equipped. Everything very clean, nice view to the station front. Good lounge on 12th floor with free coffee, tea soft drinks and even (to be paid) draft beer machine.

Our Superior Twin room was ok, but space around the very convenient bed was very tight, one side of the bed directly facing to the wall, so quite inconvenient to enter that side. Breakfast restaurant was very crowded during the weekend.

We got told on arrival that we could extend our stay for 25.000 yen for another day and we said that we will sleep on it. We decided we wanted to extend another day but the price was raised to 45.000 yen overnight which was cartoonishly much for less than 12 hours. I would have hope for a discount to at least make it less sour.

Great location for the trains. It is upstairs from the train station. Room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was just alright. If I had other options I would go there, but it was early and they were the only restaurant open.

I had to pay for a local phone call from their phone in the room. When I am out of my home country I try not to make calls that I will be charged for. I thought since it was a local company that the hotel was "suggesting" that I could make a free call.
