Easy access to the shinyokohama station, restaurants around the area, convenience stores are present just at the corner of street where the hotel was, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Since I wasn’t able to wash my outer layer clothing, it was a very nice touch to have a clothes freshener available in the mini closet which I gladly used on my coat. There was also a set of shoe care items in that same corner of the room. Another great thing about this hotel, and probably any other business hotels in Japan, they have pajamas that you can wear every night. I had my do not disturb sign the entire 3 nights of stay and every morning, I got a bag of towels and slippers to replenish the room necessities. They don’t leave personal care items in the room but can be picked up on a cart at the lobby which I thought was brilliant so if you only need a few things, you can decide which to get. The room was clean and was comfortable. There was a hot and cold water dispenser inside the laundry room where the ice machine at as well. It was this month of April when I stayed so it was still raining in the mornings or evenings so if you didn’t have an umbrella, they have a few for rent by the entrance of the hotel. Also, i noticed their washer was a 2 in 1, meaning can wash and dry based on the description and it has laundry soap ready to go inside it so all you need are sone coins to operate it. I never purchased the breakfast because I don’t eat until lunch time but am sure, their food would have been great based on the photos online. The rate was really affordable with what you got of course it was located far from tokyo center but not too far away for everyday commute if you must, which I did since I went to Kawaguchiko and Nikko during my trip.

Sometimes the laundry room was busy so I wasn’t able to wash my clothes but good thing it’s possible to hand-wash small items on the bathroom sink and there’s a clothes line across the shower area so it was a plus!

The location was great the hotel is next to the train/bus station and other nice convenience stores. Washing machines were good, they can wash and dry your clothes all at one time, but better not to do it with huge bulky clothes cause they won't be dry unless you pay extra. The staff were great and kind, they had rocky English but they did a great job handling jobs that came their way. They also have other good services but need to do your research on them, they also had a scale which was very helpful for me since I needed to measure the weight of my bags.

The rooms were smaller than I thought which made it hard to move around plus having big bags didn't help. The beds felt great, but the bed sheets had stains, which some of my friends were unhappy about. Also, two washing machines can be a nightmare if you're not early with your laundry.

I had such a wonderful experience with a staff member at Best Western Hotel Fino Shin-Yokohama! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Even when she didn’t know the answer to my question, she took the time to look it up and later found me to share the information. She always greeted guests with a warm and beautiful smile, making everyone feel welcome. During my stay, there was a major concert nearby for K-pop artist Onew, and many guests, including myself, were there for the event. Despite her busy schedule, she went above and beyond by creating a thoughtful and beautifully designed A-frame sign to welcome international fans attending the show. It was a huge and heartfelt gesture that truly made a difference. Thanks to her, I felt genuinely welcomed, and my experience at this hotel was unforgettable. I sincerely hope to stay here again in the near future so I can personally thank her!

The location of the hotel was really good, a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. We had a very late arrival, which we informed the hotel about and they accommodated for it well. Staff were friendly, spoke great English and were able to help us book a taxi at the end of our stay when we struggled using the Go Taxi and Uber apps. There was also a nice selection of amenities that you could help yourself to

The room was a little small so a bit difficult to open our suitcases, but other than that nothing to say here

One of my favorite hotels in Shin-Yokohama! I’ve stayed in this hotel four times! They provide lots of amenities for a comfortable stay, including a mouth wash and body towel! Most hotels don’t provide these! Comfortable bed, relaxing shower, great breakfast are some of the things that keep me hooked to this hotel. Not to mention that the staff are amazingly kind. I was offered an umbrella to use although I was checking out, and it was drenching! I couldn’t appreciate the lady enough.

We stayed in a twin room, the room is good enough for 2 adults. They have a small fridge, a hair dryer, a mirror, deodorant spray, a brush for cloth, etc.. And the price was reasonable. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of Izakaya restaurants as well.

They have a tiny lobby behind the elevators. It was a little hard to find out, I wanted to use it before check-in time.

Stayed here for a week and it is a convenient location close to the JR station, subways and bus stops to both Narita and Haneda airports. Though there are many restaurants around the hotel it is very quiet. The hotel is also clean , staff helpful and responsive Will consider staying here again when I visit Tokyo and Kanagawa again.

I loved how the rooms were a bit roomier than most Japan hotels. This hotel was about a 8-10 min walk to Shin-yokohama Station with lots of local convenient stores and restraunts near-bye to choose from.

Room seemed to continuously have dust in it. Maybe from the air-conditioner. I would clean it but then dust would re-appear but not enough to trigger any allergies.

Excellent location. Big room and very comfortable. Easy to get around by subway and metro Convenient as many eateries and supermarket in the vicinity. Tip go to subway counter to get a day pass for bus and subway. Cost 750 yen pp.

Hotel only supply 2 strips of instant coffee daily. There is no welcome coffee or coffee machine in the lounge or reception.
