The small, clean, and comfortable hotel near Shin Yokohama. Staff are so friendly, although we communicated mostly by using google translate or Tarzan language, they always get the message right! Very strategic location near big train/metro hub (Shin Yokohama) with various restaurants, cafes, and big drug stores that sell almost everything! The hotel was fully booked and got me the smoking room, with plenty of room freshener ready to help reduce the smoking odor away. Actually, in the room, the smell is not bad. Only in lift lobby and corridor that have strong smell. So we rarely use the room freshener. I have a good view from my window, and watch the full moon and half moon when I was there. All in all my stay for a week at this hotel is very nice, I have no complaints. I will be happy to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

Relatively close to Shin Yokohama station. about a 5 minute walk. No problem carrying your luggage from station to hotel because of ease of access to elevators. Amenities located at the lobby. They didn’t really have a wide range but the basics were available. Staff were very nice and accomodating. They will keep your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. I mistakenly booked a smoking room (yes they have some rooms where you can smoke inside) and the staff, i think his name was ビル kindly facilitated the room transfer. Overall a pleasant experience 😊

We stayed here to be close to Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. The hotel was quite clean and very close to a lot of convenience stores and grocery stores too.

I could faintly smell a little cigarette smoke in the hallway when I got off the elevator on the 4th floor. I think this hotel used to be a business hotel a long time ago? Don't worry - our room did NOT smell of smoke at all. The laundry uses automatic detergent injection, which means I couldn't use the washing machines with my own detergent. And the machines are washer/dryers, which means they take longer to dry.

Good area, but disliked having to cross over a major road to get to the hotel from the Shin-Yokohama train station.

Pedestrian overpass from the train station to the hotel was over a big, noisy boulevard. Not charming at all. Room was small, and I’m sure hordes of S-E Asians will complain, but my advice is this: if you want a bigger room you should be willing to PAY MORE.

The room was nice and clean. They had a robe that actually fit me, and that made me very happy too. The bathtub was also deep, and taking a bath was very relaxing. The location is perfect, and the price was fairly decent.

Matress was a little slanted, but it could have been my room.

The room is spacious compared to my room in other hotel,so that makes me love the room so much. 3mins walk to train station. And most importantly it is important to put your estimate arrival time. I put mine and I learned that the counter close at 12am when I reached hotel at 1.30am. But the staff was so kind and helpful to make sure I can check in that night as well. Thank you!

The location was a bit far from Tokoyo. At first, we were placed on a smoking floor. The rooms were very smokey smell. Asked for an upgrade, and this was agreed at an extra price.

The washer and dryer might need to be replaced. I do appreciate the convenience of having access but maybe a separate dryer would be a good idea.

I chose this accommodation based on its proximity to the Nissan Stadium & a station served by bullet trains. On my departure day I was able to leave my luggage, free of charge, attend a football game and collect my belongings on the way to the station (to spend the following day at a Sumo Wrestling tournament. All of the staff were attentive, kind & helpful

For a quick pause in my business trip this was ideal. Good location between the station on one side and walking options along the river on the other side and around the stadium, with loads of eating and drinking options nearby. On check-in you get to choose which day they clean your room and change towels (for me once in the middle of my 4 night stay) which is a great idea for reducing energy and water waste. If you check-in at 3pm, they have a queuing system: just write your name on the list and they'll call your name in the waiting lobby.

Occasionally I could smell cigarette smoke in the lift or the stairwell but it's not really a complaint. My room and the hallways were smoke free.
