The hotel is located in a convenient place and easy to access, clean and comfortable and clean bed. Staff are nice. It is a very good stay for business and short stay. Free drip coffee was available at the hotel for coffee lovers.

The Breakfast was provided in a cafe nearby with a coupon. Half sandwich drink and a small ball of salad. If you are a breakfast person like me you might be a little let down. But the Tuna Mayo sandwich was delicious I could have hand another 3 half sandwiches. :).

Perfect for what I needed. A base to go to and from Yokohama Station. Really comfortable rooms with good amenities! Also booked a smoking room but they changed it to an available non-smoking room for me - thank you. As much coffee, tea and bath salts as you need available at reception. Lovely staff and felt well rested after my stay.

Fridge could be a bit colder. Didn’t really keep my refrigerated food well.

The location was great for our next-day travel plans to take the Shinkansen to Osaka. The ramen museum in Shin-Yokohama was a short walk away and time well spent. The breakfast and coffee were really good and staff were friendly both in the coffee shop and hotel.

Welcome of the personal, really professional and accomodating. The room was clean and well equipped. I had to go to the Yokohama arena, and the hotel location is perfect to go there.
