I loved the shared bath and the breakfast here! There is a great variety of pillows to choose from. The hotel is very close to the train station and metro, so access to Yokohama station, Tokyo and even further by bullet train is great. Also the big shopping center at the train station worked well for rainy day shopping. The hotel itself is surrounded by endless amount of restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Limousine bus takes you straight from Haneda airport to Shinyokohama station for 1 000 yen/person. I'd recommend taking it just for the view alone.

-The room was very dusty around the bed. The room was also very dark even with all lights on, great for sleeping but a bit gloomy if you prefer a brighter setting. -I wish there was a small lounge area in the lobby floor. The breakfast room doubled as a hang-out area in the evenings but often times it also seemed to be closed. It was hard sometimes to find a good meet-up place for our group without feeling like a nuisance to the hotel staff.

Staff was extremely wonderful, polite, helpful and easy to communicate with! Enjoyed that you can leave your luggages before and after check in, which makes it convenient to travel and explore. Nice public bathrooms in the reception area, as well as vending machines and free coffee/tea. Also liked the free welcome drink. Shower had really good pressure and the shampoo, conditioner, soap and fragrance spray were very lovely! I'd love to buy them if available for purchase?! Room was comfortable with nice amenities such as a brush, pajamas and choice of pillow.

A great location and lovely onsen at the hotel. The breakfast was superb. The room weas small (as expected) but used the space well. The hotel onsen meant there was a nice spacious bathroom to use. The hotel breakfast was superb, and staff were great. We stayed for a few days and on the Sunday morning there was a big line for breakfast and it closed at 9. Because of the line we didn't enter the dining hall until after 9 am and I was worried that there wouldn't be any food left, however the staff kept providing fresh food until everyone has eaten which was great, and those that didn't want to wait in line could have bentos takeaway. It was very well organised by the staff. I was very impressed.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a small spread but was very delicious, and changed almost every day. There were boxes prepared for us to pack food to go if we wished, and fresh, clean water was readily available. The onsen was spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. You can even choose from about 10 different types of pillows, and as many as you want. There was also complimentary green tea packets, combs, razors, and more. (Their slippers are also of good quality, if you care about that kind of thing) The hotel is very accessible, just a short walk from the well connected Shin-Yokohama station. There's no checkout procedure, as the door lock is a provided pin code. Aside from the room size, everything else was amazing!

Despite booking a room for three, my friends and I found the room (and bathroom) way too small, perhaps even for 2. The hotel better caters for travellers in groups of 2, or parents and a child

I loved the pillow choices. what a neat idea and especially when other hotels in Japan seem to have very hard pillows. The breakfast buffet was nice, too. I didnt get a chance to try the spa. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, the nearby train station, and a mall. We enjoyed visiting the Ramen Museum nearby for dinner one evening.

My only complaint was that my pillow had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, so pillows could be taken into smoking rooms.

Location of the hotel itself is very close to the Shin-Yokohama station, which is a plus point. The 1-person room is compact but cozy. Everything that a person needs for simple living is available, together with a range of amenities located at the level 2 check-in counter area. The in-house breakfast was also pretty nice - rice, bread, a decent food selection. Staff was also constantly replenishing food throughout the breakfast hours. The rooms use a number code to unlock the door instead of a card key, so lights, air-con, and electricity can be constantly maintained in your room without slotting in a card. Some other hotels only have 1 or 2 wall outlets in their rooms, but this one had more than a few outlets - not to worry.

The hotel's smoking area is at the level 1 carpark open area with just 1 ash-bin. I'm mostly ok and indifferent to it, but hope it can be improved to at least an hotel-exclusive ventilated smoking room like what other hotels have provided.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Laundry machines and dryers where provided inside the hotel- very convenient! The pillows and amenities were wonderful. They provided the service of transferring our luggage to the next hotel. Onsen a available Highly recommended!!

Nothing comes to mind

The breakfast was fresh and there were many options to choose from. The spa was easy to use and I appreciated the availability of coin laundry facilities. Bathrobes are made available for guests to use, and I received a special beauty set from the receptionist.

I wasn't sure the AC / Heater was working so well. My window looked directly into another building, but I was traveling alone, and spending most of the day outside - so the hotel was suitable for my needs.

The location is great, very close to the station. The facility is new and the room is clean. The complementary breakfast was also in high quality!

The only thing we didn't like was that the room was quite small. I was having trouble finding an area to open my medium sized luggage other than the bed.

Incredibly welcoming staff. Very courteous. Breakfast was great too! In an excellent location to reach Shinkansen.

We received a smoking room which you could smell on arrival however the smell soon subsided with aircon and windows open.
