What we really like is its location to Disneyland. The hotel offers free shuttle to Disneyland. The drop off point is in Maihama Station which is just 5 minute walk to Disneyland. Moreover, Maihama Station is where the train station is. Another thing we like is the availability of convenience store, disney shop, bakery and restaurant within the hotel. Additionally, the room is really nice. The toilet is equipped with Japanese style toilet and is separate to the shower area. The shower has a good sized bathtub which my child really like. They provide hair ties, facial products in addition to the usual toiletries hotels provide. Furthermore, we had a very good view of Tokyo Bay and Mt. Fuji from our window. Lastly, our room is always kept clean by them. Each time we return to our room from a whole day of exploring, we always come back to a clean and well stocked room.

Nicely decorated room which is quite comfy. Shuttle to Maihama station and Disney bay station. Hotel has Disney store, a bakery, a convenient store and souvenir shop that you can buy things youay need. Nice hotel

If you are looking for shuttle directly going to Disney Land or Sea, there's none. After a long day in Disney, you will need to take the tram or walk back to Maihama station to take the hotel shuttle. Otherwise go for Uber.

Location for disney with free shuttle bus from Maihama station was great. Views were exciting and lovely big rooms. Excellent having little shops in foyer too.

Could probably skip the breakfast, good but not great.

Cheaper than the Disney hotels and in a perfect location to get to the parks. Would stay here again rather than the Disney hotels, especially if early entry isn't offered by Disney hotels.

Easy access to Maihama via train network from either direction and then hotel shuttle available to hotel and back to station. Good location for Disney visits - close walking proximity Disney monorail (5 mins to Bayside station). Good size room - plenty of space in room and hotel generally. Convenience of shop for supplies in hotel foyer - eg : breakfast items for in-room use, drinks, snacks etc. Great bakery/patisserie on site. All staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Coffee. Restaurant hours a little inflexible given return from theme park after 8pm is not unusual/unlikely. there was take-away options for in-room dining but limited items.

This hotel was a great choice for our stay near Tokyo Disney. We weren't sure of being in an 'official' hotel but not one of the mains ones offering Disney extras like Happy Entry, but honestly the service, room quality, hotel interior and shuttle bus options really made up for this and we would definitely recommend this as a more cost-effective Disney stay. The rooms were very spacious for 4 people, had the best auto-open toilets and they even included complimentary face masks and muscle relief patches! We were given a complimentary room upgrade to the 10th floor and allocated a room that looked out toward Disneyland - giving us an amazing view of the Disneyland fireworks and castle. This was such a treat! Definitely recommend asking for a room with this view!

We didn't include breakfast in our room rate, so paying for the buffet on the day seemed very expensive ($100AUD for 2 adults and 2 kids). However, the kids and husband really loved it!

Stayed at the Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel primarily for quick access to Tokyo Disney Resort. Their shuttle service made this really easy. The staff were great and spoke good english. We liked this hotel as was not as big as some of the other hotels but still had a lot of amenities and the big atrium gave it a sense of space. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our trip with plenty of both japanese and western choices. We also liked the onsite onsen which was incredibly relaxing and needed after a long day at Disney! Rooms werent too cramped also.

Beds were a little hard.

Breakfast was yummy! Lots of variety of „western” and „Asian” breakfast cuisine. We’ve had the view from the hotel to the Disneyland (very limited but still!) The big pros of this hotel is FREE TRANSPORT to Disneyland! Very worth it! It’s also a perfect hotel if you then need to take a shuttle to the airport (Limousine bus has a bus stop at the hotel)

While there’s free transportation around the Disneyland area, it might be a hassle to get to the hotel if you plan to take the metro (from Metro you need to go to a bus that can take you to the hotel). It’s not a problem but rather a convenience.

We loved everything about it. Our family of 5 had the best time at both parks and we were grateful to have a clean, comfortable and conveniently located place to come back to. We were lucky to catch the nightly fireworks each night from our window too! The rooms were spotless every day and they even had a step stool for the little ones to reach the sink. They have a shuttle bus so getting both locations was super easy as well as a convenience store/konbini for late night snacks or breakfast before the mad dash to the parks! The staff went above and beyond to organise our transport at the eleventh hour and we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

Helpful staff, small convenience store and bakery if needed something quick, big bathtub for a hot soak after full days of running around the theme parks, free shuttle bus, rooms are big and fitted our family of two adults and two pre-teens, toilets are big

In terms of the hotel name, very similar with First Resort next door and taking the shuttle bus the first time was slightly confusing. The bathroom's frosted glass window could do with a blind to prevent the light shining into the sleeping area in the middle of the night or early morning
