The size of a room is pretty tight.

Best hotel during my 3 weeks in Japan - and Just because the staff was extremely helpful and spoke English! Special thanks to our guardian angel Karen from Hong Kong from the front desk for taking care of us and warning us about logistic problems in our itinerary that we avoided in the end! Note for the hotel: you will get more good reviews on TripAdvisor or Booking.com if you invest into hiring more foreigners in reception, because in Japan room service is pretty much equally good everywhere but only in few hotels the receptionists speak good English and can fulfill the customers expectations (so they do not feel frustrated like it happens on a daily basis while trying to communicate into Japan)

The staff are so pleasant, I appreciated their helpfulness and kindness and big smiles whenever they saw us. They even gave us hand warmers before we went to Disney. The location is near the train station of Nishi Kasai and it has a free shuttle to Disney that you book in advance. The hotel is an across the road to food eateries & 7/11. There is a Microwave, washing machine, vending machine and ice dispenser in the hotel for guests to use. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Bit far from Tokyo central area but that was my fault for booking in this area but it’s only approx 1-2 train stations away. Would be nice to change the type of beds so you can store the luggage under the bed rather than by the wall.

The hotel's location is ideal. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping stores (ABC Mart, GU, Daiso, etc.), as well as the train station, are all within walking distance. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from Disney Parks - you just have to book in advance on their website. On the same floor, there are coin laundry machines, a microwave, and a vending machine. At night, hot coffee/tea and light snacks are offered in the lobby. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly! I would stay here again with my family.

Bed was a little too hard for me, but it was bearable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is located in a fantastic spot, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly initiatives. The free amenities were a lovely touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Really close to the subway and bus stops, with all 3 major konbinis around it. Room was a bit bigger than japanese standards which is great! Also had a good value considering it was peak sakura season

It was a bit more far than we expected from places we usually went to (since it was across the bridge), so we basically couldn’t just walk to go to the city, we had to take at least one form of transportation. Also, one cleaning lady staff was pretty insistent and rude to us even when we directly mentioned that we didn’t need our room cleaned (since we’d already done it ourselves and already had taken out the trash and changed towels). She kept complaining outloud in her native language.

Free shuttles to Disneyland! Location is close to many good restaurants. Try the Spice Ramen restaurant, it is very unique! Staffs are very hospitable. Complimentary tea and coffee is nice. Pajamas for kids very cute and comfortable. Good value! Breakfast was good too. Better than McDonald’s

2 twin beds put together is not comfortable because it keeps moving and separating. The bed is a bit hard as well. The window is scary if you have kids. Everywhere is very clean. Except The carpet needs to be cleaned.

It was very clean and in the best location for Disneyland and DisneySea! The staff were also so nice and the buffet breakfast was quite delicious. Loved that they had a shuttle, a 7/11 around the corner and its proximity to the station.

It didn’t have a microwave and I wish there was more than one pillow on each bed (and that they offered double beds rather than two singles). Other that that, it was lovely!!

I was here with my partner and it was an amazing room. Comfortable and spacious bed, great shower and bathroom. Staff was great and helpful - most of them can speak English so communication was a breeze. Common laundry room on the second floor (costs 500 to 600 yen for full wash and dry). Hotel is super close to 7-11s and a train station. Great to walk around in the mornings with parks nearby. Did not walk as much at night, so I cannot comment on the night life. Amazing value for the price.

Slightly larger trash bin would be better if you stay here more than two nights. I would keep a plastic bag in the hotel for any excess litter. This is probably a non-issue if you get room service though as I assume they would change your bin (note: we did not request any room service).
