The location of the Marriott is its greatest asset. Walking distance of lots of nice bars and restaurants. On the main road where public transport was easily accessible. The mattress was indeed one of the finest I have ever lay upon. I always awoke fresh and energized for the day's activities.

The breakfast and dinner area needs relocation in my opinion. On exit of the elevators to almost stumble over the chefs preparing breakfast was quite off putting at times. The cooking smells that commanded the lobby area was very discouraging. No obvious and easy access to a beach is a disadvantageous but certainly not a show stopper in my opinion!

Following a diverted flight due to fly to London, but went back to Barbados, we had nowhere to stay and were exhausted. We made this last minute booking and the staff were exceptional. They managed to turn the room around 4 hours before it was due to allow us to sleep. They allowed us to grab a pass to the pool so we could try and nap on the sunbeds before the room was ready, they helped get us a taxi to the airport. Ultimately they showed an immense duty of care - we will be forever grateful to them for this!

Nothing comes to mind. Comfortable hotel, clean, great staff.

We celebrated my wife's birthday and we were very impressed with everything. First was the staff at the front desk who were very accommodating. Then, when we opened the door to our room, it was a wow moment. A little later, a member of the restaurant at the Marriott was happy to lend me a knife to cut the birthday cake. The location was great too, we simply had to cross the street to the beach. In all, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay

The room was amazing staff was very nice and helpful. The location was in proximity to everything which was a plus.

Breakfast was costly and when we got to the room it was realized the the fruits were sour and the eggs lacked seasoning. The pool was a little too shallow should of had just a bit more depth for taller persons and adults.

i would have love to see coconut water available and local fruits.. i didn't like the the spoons in the water after being used.. would have been better to have left the handle sticking out while covered.. but overall it was fine!!!!

Very kind staff in reception; cleaning ladies super polite, respecting "don't enter" signs. Cocks singing in the morning :) The beach is just on the other side of the road. Bar/Resto staff making you feel like at home. Internet access was perfect all the time. Mosquito nets in the balcony window - very good idea.

the policy of the chain - all to be paid upfront, but I presume this is because of past bad experience. Everything else was perfect.

Comfortable, clean and well maintained business hotel. Has meals early and until 10pm. Rooms are big and have all the amenities you need. Restaurants are close by if you're not interested in hotel options. Have stayed there many times and will stay there again in the future.

Wish they could update their bathroom a bit

Great staff! Treated locals and tourists alike! There was one waitress who looked for us everyday on our stay. Made us feel lovely! Everyone was super friendly and the food in their restaurant was superb!

The room facilities aren't super modern but well kept, tidy and functioning.

Excellent service from the beginning till the end of our stay. Very helpfull and friendly staffmembers in all areas. Clean place and useful facilities.
