Huge room,and bed,,

The shuttle service should enhance, better if pasenger will book for the timeslot so people wont jump que, its unfair for people who line up, then people who are lazy just sit down and wait for shuttle then they will just say we are waiting or we came here early, everyone can say …

I haven't been to this hotel since my parents brought me and my brother in the early 90s. That's almost 30 years ago haha. Just decided to try stay one night at this place bringing my parents, my brother's family with kids. It's a very nostalgic feeling because the hotel is somewhat same but slightly different a bit at certain areas. The lobby is nice and very open space. Staffs are very friendly and attentive during check-in. The hotel rooms were nice, adequate and comfortable. Not too small, just nice. It has a balcony too which I totally forgot. Haha. Oh and now they upgraded the tv to smart tv which now you can watch Netflix, Disney+, YouTube even. Nice touch on that. The restaurants in the hotel were also one of the highlights because it has 2 restaurants, one is more western food and the other is more local Asian food. The western food was very delicious and although slightly pricey, it was worth it and the kids love it. There's also some coffee shop at the lobby which you can chill for coffee and desserts. There is also a pinball machine which definitely hit the nostalgia even more and the kids was excited because they never seen or play one before but they love playing it now. There's also a mini mart outside of the hotel if you need snacks, drinks, swimming trunk, goggles for the swimming activity. Most frequent question is the parking. Where do you park and do you have to pay? Now there are 2 parking spaces. The sheltered covered one and the open space, no roof type of park. The sheltered parking one, you have to pay using touch n go card, and it's RM18 per night flat rate. If you leave before hitting the 6th hour, per hour is RM3. The other parking space which is the open space no roof, located just the opposite of the sheltered one, that one is free, can park any space available. But there is no spotlight at night and considered park at your own risk.

Their facilities for the children.Great place for families gathering. Even though we stayed there for only one night but we managed to cover most of the things including to watch gibbon during our breakfast . Such an amazing experience.

Rooms are huge and has good access with balcony.

Some features and infrastructure is a little dated. The wardrobes in the room was damaged, the safe deposit lock in the room was not working. The lft lobby leading to the rooms have a constant cigarette smell as there may be many guests who easily smoke nearby and their cigarette smell lingers in the closed lift lobby. Tiles in the swimming pool are chipped and a little dangerous for kids at the kiddy pool. The pool is located beside the access road with a lot of construction vehicles, therefore it is rather dusty and smells of exhaust.

The location is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and there’s plenty of space with lots of activities to do. Our room was spacious with two full queen beds and a magnificent view overlooking the cable car and the whole resort, especially stunning at night. I particularly loved the verandah where you can sit, have coffee, and enjoy the cool night breeze. The shower was strong and hot despite being on a higher floor. They also provided mineral water, a fridge, and even a water dispenser in the hallway. For the price, it’s really good and I’d definitely return.

Check-in and check-out were slow, and during check-out, someone cut our queue and the staff served them first, causing us to miss the free bus. The welcome door gift was a nice gesture, but the snacks inside were stale and hard.

Beautiful location, and it seems the property was recently renovated — the building looked fresh and well-maintained, without the usual signs of age or musty smells you often find in older resorts. However, the bathroom and shower renovations were quite underwhelming. Compared to the rest of the property, they felt poorly done and were a bit of a shock in contrast to the otherwise high standard.

Overall good to great, with some improvement to the bathrooms and shower in the rooms, it would have been a 5 star

The room is a bit smaller than the picture but it was still spacious and comfortable, clean, and the hotel itself is really well maintained. The pool area with the bar is very nice, the reception staff are very friendly but the bar staff customer service can be improved. The Ramadan buffet was affordable and value for money with a huge variety, the bar food is very basic and did not meet my expectations, but overall the experience was nice.

One minus point is that they don't provide bathrobes in our room and even when I requested (I was willing to pay extra) they said it's only available for the suite rooms.....

should not closed all pool section just for private party. have pity for those checkin just for 1 night and cannot use the pool
