Casa Bella is my favorite hotel in Cabo (away from those large all inclusive resorts). Location is great, right next to the piazza and walking distance to shops and the marina. The property is in a hacienda, around a central garden/courtyard. The owner Barbara is friendly and helpful. She makes you feel welcomed in her "home".

two minor drawbacks, - Breakfast could be better - with expresso style coffee and fresh fruit would be nice. (however Cabo Coffee is just across the Piazza if you don't mind leaving the hotel for a latte). - Pool could be larger for lounging (but his would require a renovation which is probably not practical expectation).

An oasis is the middle of Cabo. Easy walk to the marina, many sites, great restaurants, and clubs, but a serene peaceful hotel the feels a world away, run by a warm and welcoming family. The property is just beautiful, filled with plants, artwork, and traditional architecture. Small pool, the gardens, and sitting room complement each of the guest rooms. We stayed there with our daughters, and both rooms had comfortable beds and huge, beautiful bathrooms. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in town.

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard which our room opened onto. It was a sun trap in the morning. The proximity to the marina, the beaches, and boat trips was excellent. Everywhere was walkable.

The central location, and the proximity to the clubs meant that there was a lot of noise at night, going into the early hours. Earplugs are provided by the hotel. The room did not have some of the listed facilities, no TV or coffee making facilities in the room. There were central tea making facilities all the time, and coffee provided in the morning. There was no breakfast, but pastries were available till 10am.

Beautiful old spacious family home/hacienda, very clean, well maintained, lovely comfortable seating areas with trees/flowers in courtyard around the pool. Great oasis to hang out in. Large bedroom with super large bathroom and walk in shower. Location is in the heart of town and yet very quiet. Our room was off the courtyard near the front entrance. Some rooms are up a flight of stairs. Staff especially Sergio and Barbara were very pleasant and helpful. There is coffee and tea available all day. A huge selection of individually packaged teas. You get a 10% discount at the great Italian restaurant next door, In Vita. There is a very good small deli two doors from hotel, serves breakfast and cappuccinos. Museum of Natural History is across street from hotel.

Three of the eighteen rooms have very high beds, ie 3 feet high. They do provide stairs to help get in and out of bed. Not good for those of us who are short, elderly or needing to get up during the night to use the bathroom. Ask for a room with a regular low bed. They serve pastries in the morning. They are very large and wrapped in cling wrap and do not seem fresh. A nice gesture but not tasty.

We had stayed there last trip on our last day flying out of cabo. We knew there was a problem with the noise level of the disco next door. They notified us about this issue in an email. When we got to the hotel we were able to change our room to the one we had previously since we knew what the noise was from our last trip. The room is spacious but it had a strong musty smell. Maybe the room we had reserved would have been aired out but we didn't want to risk having noise bother us at night. The air conditioner alleviated some of the mustiness. The staff is very friendly and they moved our car for us without charging for parking.

Absolutely adorable with guest rooms situated around a courtyard garden & pool. Coffee, tea and pasties in the morning. The property is family owned, managed and loved!

Unfortunately, the property is located on a very “active” street abutting a cultural center and there were late night festivities on both the weekend nights we stayed. No fault of the property, it just is. Bring good earplugs!

It was very convenient staying here as I was leaving for a diving trip with the dive shop (SeeCreatures) next door. The staff was very accommodating to a later check out and allowing us to hang out in the beautiful courtyard. The courtyard is a lovely oasis in the middle of downtown cabo.

It was a little noisy in the rooms like there is not much insulation in the walls. I could hear my neighbors sneezing or coughing pretty clearly in my room. There is a constant hum of Cabo Wabo nearby at nighttime, but not much you can do about that given the location of the hotel.

Loved the boutique feeling of the hotel, pretty decor and room size. The all day tea availability was very nice. Coffee in the morning was good. I loved the layout of my room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location and proximity to restaurants is also awesome. I have booked to stay again already!

The hotel backs into a nightclub and so may be a tad noisy for some (they helpfully provide earplugs in the room just in case). However, personally it was a non-issue for me and I slept soundly for the 4 nights I was there.

Loved the personal touch - Barbara was so nice and attentive. I felt like family - which is a great reason I chose her hotel. She gave many recommendations for food and activities. Location was awesome - a hidden gem in the middle of the city. You would never believe what was behind the doors to Casa Bella.

Bed was a little noisy - and could have been softer…but that is all personal taste. The room was perfect for the relaxing vacation we wanted - so just being a bit picky.

Felt like home! So comfortable and cozy - also beautiful. Loved the authentic feel and relaxing pool and gardens. An oasis in downtown Cabo! Lovely owner (Barbara) and wonderful family history. Feels like staying in someone’s home…which you actually are!
