The pool and restaurant views were excellent. My son and I enjoyed our little stay there. The place is very clean, and there are bathrooms everywhere. We felt very good in our room that, despite it wasn't ocean view we still have a chance to see it. Also, we could leave our luggage and enjoy the facilities before we checked in, as we arrived earlier than 3 pm. The staff in the restaurant is very friendly and prices are fair.

We climbed stairs when we came up to the main entrance (lobby) from the main avenue or street or boulevard, but we found our way, a shortcut to enter from the parking lot.

This is a very nice property that needs lots of maintenance. The pool area was descent, the water was a little dirty, the lounge chairs were dirty didn’t even want to lay on them. The bar area was also a little dirty, the bathrooms were leaking water from the toilet and the mirrors were very stained. Our room was very spacious and clean. Beds were ok, nice abundant water in the shower, there was no tv channels but 4 asked reception and they said they were installing cable and the process was not complete so we couldn’t see anything else, our curtain was torn and lots of light came in the room at night when sleeping. The ocean view was beautiful, the staff were ok and there was plenty of parking on the property.

The front desk staff were a bit rude. Barely any toilet paper in the room and when my daughter called the front desk to inquire about getting more they weren't helpful and hung up on her. The restaurant doesn't have much of a selection for food and the prices were high compared to other restaurants in the area.

The hotel was fine; nothing superb but fine. Everything worked out pretty well, everything as presented in the photos and the information provided. It met my expectations. The view is beautiful, therefore the location might require a power-walk. But it wasn’t so bad, and definitely worth it if you don’t want to be in the noisy part of town.

The pillows could use an upgrade; the breakfast buffet does not need a person to serve you, it creates an unnecessary waiting line; and the pool bar, had it been functional, it would have been amazing.

My bathroom had a big mold spot and the sink drain was broken, so water would take a while to drain.

The original room allocated was poor in terms of standard of decor, no hot water and a faulty and insecure bathroom window. We were moved after making a complaint and the revised room was far better. The property was reasonably well situated about a 15 minute walk from the beach and the town / shops. The staff were all friendly and helpful particularly the restaurant / breakfast staff. The swimming pool and gym were used and were very good.

Don’t think the water in the pool has ever been changed. Odd that a hotel so large can rarely get a taxi, when I’ve stayed at other smaller hotels close by, they can get a taxi to. answer 80% of the time, at this hotel around 20%.

the breakfast was very bad!! terrible. we had breakfast included and some days we preferred to eat tamales outside than the dry eggs or chilaquiles

The A/C was not working properly & we do not have telephone in our room. We reported that at the front desk but we never had the telephone so it was complicated & go downstairs when we need something.
