Nizuc is a lovely 5 star hotel with excellent service and a great beach and a choice of many restaurants. Food is very good( a bit expensive) Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean. Internet works very well in all parts of the hotel.There is also a very good cigar room

Nizuc is advertised as SPA hotel and the room prices are not cheap. When we tried to use the spa we were told by the spa receptionist that we had pay 160 usd per person extra otherwise we couldnt use the spa which I find totally appalling. This is not good to say the least.I also did not like the back part of the hotel which was just concrete and not in a good taste . Also the hotel was painted in shades of brown which for a summer hotel is a bit depressing.

It’s a private property and no one else using the beach but the hotel guests! Unfortunately the seaweed were everywhere so you can’t use the beach on the left side of the property. Everything is grand and luxurious! Staff were great!

The number one issue I have is a very weak WiFi. With the amount of money they charge for the room. Was hoping that WiFi is much better than most 3-4 star hotels. Whoever is responsible for supplying the coffee in the restaurant should get a different brand or double the ratio. It is so weak that I end up not drinking their coffee the whole 4 days I was there. I like the free Nespresso coffee provided in the room much better.

Amazing resort with so many lovely amenities and attention to detail. Wonderful beachfront location and while in the Cancun metro area so isolated on its own peninsula feeling like you are miles away in the Caribbean.

1) While it boasts a resort gym with activities for the 4 days we were there no activities took place as they were only scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. There was also some confusion with the schedule from the concierge. Schedule of the resort activities is not well published. 2) you always expect this level of resort to be expensive but $140 for a regular bottle of wine that you can buy for $25 is an extreme markup.

Everything! Beautiful architecture, stunning interior design, exceptional staff. Our room was beautiful and very quiet. Overlooking jungle yet close to the beach, absolutely perfect. Our room was well equipped, bedding luxurious and an extremely comfy bed. The staff were very helpful and on hand when we needed them. We booked this hotel for just two nights to get over jet lag, however, we did not want to leave! The staff went above and beyond for us and remembered our names which felt very personal. The staff were also fantastic with our daughter. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing hotel. Superbly decorated, very comfortable serviced twice a day. Food was delicious - we tried all the restaurants except for the Mexican grill and each time the food didn’t disappoint. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The main pool is big enough and heated so no problem getting in. The sun lounges around the pool area may get filled very quickly but there was always plenty of space on the beach which is not far away. It was really hard to leave.

The beach is very nice but it is shallow so to have a good swim you need to go to the pier.

This is a beautifully designed hotel with a marked Thai style from the moment you enter reception and look out over the pools and sea. Extremely efficient service and staff who are friendly and helpful .The swimming pools were absolutely amazing - a joy for dedicated length swimmers as well as providing the ubiquitous swim up bar for those more inclined to relax.The restaurant choice offers something for everyone .The rooms are spacious with everything you can think of being provided- even a clothes steamer.

The seating in the rooms and on the balcony needs more thought in that whoever designed it has obviously gone for look rather than comfort. The balcony chairs were wooden and angled with no cushions provided and 2 of these on a bare concrete balcony really didn’t provide an inviting sitting area compared to other beach resort hotels we have experienced. The indoor seating likewise was more style over comfort. The restaurant choice was good but our favourite Asian one closed at 6pm and the others were closed on different nights so not all available to choose from on a set day.However this probably reflected we were here for Day of the Dead so not in high Cancun season.

We had a fantastic stay at Nizuc! The staff were incredibly and attentive, the room was super comfortable, and the amenities perfect! Every detail from check in to check out was smooth and professional! I truly appreciate the warm hospitality! Highly recommended!

Nizuc is an outstanding resort. Gorgeous property with absolutely beautiful grounds, such wonderful staff who are truly gracious, helpful & caring. Beautiful pool for adults only was appreciated given it was a school holiday week. Delicious food in all the restaurants in stunning settings.

The architecture of the resort is exceptional, high rooms, water and lush gardens. The restaurants are diverse and offer delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. Pool and beach area are inviting and you can work out in a well equipped gym. All you need for a relaxing holiday!

Gorgeous property on a preserve away from the hotel zone making it peaceful and relaxing. All staff members we encountered went out of their way to please. Food was excellent at all restaurants, fresh and creative.

The price was higher than I wanted to pay and it was not an all inclusive hotel therefore we ended up spending a lot more than we budgeted, however, it was well worth it and we do not regret it. Would highly recommend this luxury resort.
