The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The Portside Restaurant on the Roof Top was a game changer for drinks and excellent food on the roof of the hotel every night. Amazing place to hangout and decompress your day.

This place is an absolute Gem in the Riviera Maya, clean and comfortable. I would like to see the bar open at 10:00 AM and then the restaurant opens at 3pm. Access to some snacks and drinks would be ideal. Hope the spa opens soon and the downstairs restaurant as well. Will make this place unbeatable.

This was one of the most modern and clean hotel which we stayed at during this trip. The swimming pool on the rooftop is very nice and has a great view over the ocean. Its also right in front of music places and close to the main square. Its a very good location overall. You can just park right in front of the hotel on the street for free.

Because it is very central, the music being blased out front from another place can be heard very well in the room. We had trouble sleeping. Music stops at 12 though. We would've been at the music if we wouldn't have an early flight ;)

The shower was very hot and the hotel is very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to many cafes, restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The facilities are very modern. The bed is very comfortable. A lot of reviews we read stated a problem with loud live music but we didn't find it a problem.

There was no hair dryer provided, and the room and balcony could use more furniture. The pillows were also quite thick, making them uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, everything else was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Staff, especially Ilse who was sweet and moved us to the king room we should have gotten at check-in however the storm caused loss of electricity and all power. Rooftop pool and views were amazing, we were sad that the restaurant wasn’t open yet, the photos online were misleading.

No restaurant, limited breakfast, should have.been pastries from Boulongerie across the street that were excellent, even if only one per person. Breads provided were tasteless and fresh OJ was always running out. On a positive note, coffee was excellent! Staff was always friendly & kind.

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean, great housekeeping service. Free coffee/espresso and juice in the morning. The rooftop plunge pool was fantastic. It offered great views and comfortable chairs. The pool area shares a space with a restaurant that opens at 3. They restaurant was great and really worked to make the experience nice. The location was FANTASTIC, very close to central, bars, restaurants. Laundry and juice bar next door. Nice restaurant and bar at the street level. Amazing French bakery/coffee shop/breakfast across the street. About 3 blocks from the beach!

Not an issue for us as we knew what we were booking, but the location is just off the main street that has many restaurants that play live music. The music generally ends at 10PM but on occasion goes till 11PM. We loved it. But I did hear a couple of people complaining. For US the location was PERFECT. If you want it quite, you need to stay 4 blocks further from the centro.

The location is great, surrounded by many restaurant options, live music, shops, near the main square, and easy short walk to the beach. The bathroom was well stocked, nice rain shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were not. Basic room with all you need, including a safe. It was adequate for our stay, as we were out for most of the day. Would prefer coffee maker in the room and as others have said, can be noisy at night with live music nearby. The music stopped about 10:30, so not too bad.

The location was great, a few steps from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown square and the beach. The room was clean and easy to get around in. Air conditioning was a must after a day of walking around and for good sleeping at night. I like how each room had their own a/c unit. Staff was very responsive and friendly!

The only thing I would change would be the shower head...I never felt like I got a completely wet! But that's a minor complaint.

Very comfortable beds and plenty of space and storage space. 5mn walk to seafront and main plaza. Great rooftop pool, we were often the only ones there. Useful as the sargassum made a sea swim less enticing (late July).

We only had food at the rooftop bar once but it was pretty average. There is a simple bar/restaurant on the ground floor, never quite worked out if it was part of the hotel, that has good ratings.

I think there's already a lot of valid and good reviews on this hotel. The hotel is nice, clean, good rooms and bathroom. Easy, fast and friendly check in and nice rooftop pool. All at a very fair price. It's around the corner of the beach and exactly at a lively bar/restaurant street <see below>

Being at this location it can be noisy. We heared the live music in the room. It stopped around 22:30 which was fine for us. Just something to consider.

The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. The pool was a nice size. I ate at the restaurant and the service was great. The hotel staff were pleasant and professional.

My room was quite close to a bar on the street. Live music started at 9pm every night and lasted for a few hours. It didn't bother me too much as I used noise cancelling earphones but the hotel itself was excellent
