The hotel is Immaculate. Well maintained and the staff are very professional. I love the fact that they have self catering laundry service and dryer which I loved to use so much . My room was lovely and always done when came back at the end of each day I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again . I highly recommend this hotel especially to someone visiting for first time or returnee . They have great Security , food is lovely and you always get a lovely welcoming smile from the staff. On my day of arrival , I was well attended by staff every though I checked so early morning at 3am. I would love to say a huge Thank you to the staff especially Mr Teko Moses for the help you rendered me. This man deserves a pay Rise for his outstanding Customer service.

The shower has got only half glass shield covering but no shower curtain so it’s difficult to enjoy a long shower because the water will go everywhere. Other than that it’s lovely

Food is made with too much oil, veggies aren't steamed, omelets are soaked in oil. Consistency needs to be improved when ordering room service, food quantity and representation was different on each order (I ordered the same items each night) The gym got some new weights which is great and repaired the broken machine, however the attachments for the cable machine were missing, straight bar and rope attachment for example, please replace them

From the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala provided excellent service! I booked airport shuttle service which was so easy to find. A driver met us at arrivals with a sign, packed our luggage in the van, and we took a smooth ride to the Hilton. Every staff member we encountered upon arrival greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything we needed for our stay. The receptionist Kim Cynthia was very sweet! She checked us in and let us know how we could book a taxi and where to find a place to get our hair done (very much needed at the time!) Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious!

The breakfast was great as always large variety and westernized The people there are amazing and great at what they do They helped me with so much and were very supportive! This is why I always go back to them! The food is quite good!

The gym has good cardio machines, However, you need to fix the double pulley machine! It is broken and was very frustrating to use, there are also attachments missing. The right pully bar was also installed upside down so they are uneven. The weights section should be improved too with smaller incidents, it jumps from 5kg to 10 to 15kg A leg machine would also be favorable.

Staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. The hotel is nicely located in Kampala, close to many nice areas at walk distance. The rooms are overall quite comfortable. The breakfast offers many delicious options. The transfer service from the airport is very convenient, especially when landing late at night time.

The showers don't have any curtain or door, so when you shower it splashes the bathroom quite considerably. The faucets from the sinks are rather short and place well behind the basin, so it's a bit awkward to use it (your hands typically end up touching the back part of the basin). It's nice that the rooms have carpets, though they could be cleaned more thoroughly. Couple of times I have found balls of hairs entangled with the carpet fabric.

The hotel is very clean. The room was always cleaned every day and clean bedsheets daily which was very nice. The room size me ‘Queen’ room was just perfect size with mod cons. Bathroom was exquisite, I loved the power shower. Wash toiletries were provided and topped as needed. Complimentary bottled water daily, 2 bottles per day !! Swimming facility was great too. Staff are very friendly, from the secure at the entrance gate and entrance to the hotel. I found the security personnel went over and above their duty to assist me. I wasn’t sure about the transport system but they would happily get a ‘boda boda’ which is motorbike taxi, and ensure I was being over charged! This I thought was just extra care…. well done security team especially the very young man; always smiling and cheerful. Nothing was too difficult when you asked for help.

The room service meals were just a bit disappointing to be honest. Either too salty, not flavourful and my supposed ‘African Chicken stew’ was too full of tiny bits of bones. but this simple dish should have been their unique dish showcasing Uganda. Unfortunately very disappointing 🙁 The swimming pool though aesthetically very nice, but not chlorinated which I think can present a health hazard….the birds were drinking from it..!!!!

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They even planned a special table for my mum for her birthday, provided a cake and sang for her! The staff were super friendly and supportive. They smiled and provided help where necessary. The manager even gave us a complimentary evening meal and drinks on mum’s birthday!!! I was beyond grateful. Myself, mum and my sister had a wonderful time☺️

The staff certainly make this hotel. I have seldom met such a friendly and professional team in a mainstream hotel chain. The airport transfer service is excellent value for money. Breakfast offered a good selection for all tastes and the room service menu is varied and of very good quality. The hotel is located close to some excellent restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.

My absolute pet hate for any hotel bathroom is the lack of a toilet brush... and there was no toilet brush here. The gym is located in the hotel basement with open vents to the main street. Vehicle exhaust is heavier than air and tastes heavy in the room....

Everything was great, clean and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, they were even serving basmati vegetable rice and indian dishes apart from classical breakfast. They have good selection of teas, fresh squezed juices and coffees. They even have masala tea. Rooms are comfortable and clean. All staff was very helpful.

Great location not far from northern bypass and very close to Acacia mall. Super friendly Staff, quick check in and very good gym.

First room we got was not made and smelly. We got another one that was done but it had a slightly damp smell and some water spots on the floor.
