I was traveling to Karachi for an exam at DHA suffa univeristy. I booked the junior suite at Ramada creek Wyndham which was a perfect choice as the hotel was 10 minutes away from the university There are several strong domains about this hotel - the staff are wonderful, very kind and eager to help. They facilitated everything for us. Everyone at the reception was nice and decent. Check in and check went very smooth. Ms Yasmeen from room service was very sweet and took great care o our suite - the suite- very spacious and comfortable. The AC was very well functioning. The boiler, refrigerator and microwave were functioning very well. - the restaurant- the chef and all the staff were exceptionally nice always welcoming and would take an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The food was good overall. - we were provide with a complementary shuttle to and from the airport

Just for the seek for improvement I would like to recommend : Adding different variety to the savory part of the breakfast buffet.

Checking in was a great experience and the hotel staff were excellent! The room was very comfortable as well and the bathroom was quite nice as well. The location was convenient for my objectives as I needed to be in the DHA area.

I think a couple of things could be looked into. 1) There should be a small business center even if its just a PC and a small printer. 2) The room service from kitchen can be improved. They ran out of gas while I was there and I ordered a Ramada Burger and because they couldn't make that they prepared a poor quality burger instead to fool me. They should have simply said they cannot prepare the order and I would have ordered something from outside. 3) Breakfast was ok, I guess more tailored towards the locals who prefer oil filled food. I tried some karahi chicken for example but wasn't impressed and stuck to the safer options.

Very good location if you want to be around DHA and surrounding area. Anees at reception and Umair the porter were very helpful and good mannered. Generally good experience.

Price a bit high as the standard is not the same as PC or Movenpick but the price is similar. Location is better in my opinion

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Karachi Creek and was thoroughly impressed with the location and safety this establishment provides. A standout feature that requires a special mention is their extravagant buffet breakfast. Offering a wide range of international cuisine, it was an absolute delight to start each day with. Furthermore, the availability of traditional Pakistani Nashta from the room service menu was an authentic treat that indulged my palate in the rich flavors of local cuisine. The midnight chocolate fudge cakes deserve a commendation of their own. Delectable and always freshly made, these indulgences perfectly capped off every evening, leaving a sweet memory. However, a small note for future improvement: It would be significantly more convenient if more than one room key could be provided. This minor adjustment would enhance the overall experience by providing easier access to facilities for all room occupants. In conclusion, Ramada Karachi Creek is a haven for travelers, offering a sublime blend of location, safety, and culinary delights. Can't wait for my next visit!

Beds need to be updated. They were ok but could have been better.

I like the location of the hotel plus the staff is very nice and professional. Security guards are always alert and doing a great job as well . Breakfast chef is very polite and always happy to see guests made fresh parhtas and omelets.house keeping staff is also very helpful and curious . Owner should raise all of the employees salaries.

I wish they have a business room .

Cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff is highly cooperative and supportive. The room is excellent and the service is also good. Room category and view were adjusted according to our request immediately at reception. Strongly Recommendation for couples and families.

Staff was courteous and polite. Ms.Yasmin did the bedmaking and room cleaning well. I asked for iron and washroom sleepers, provided straight away. Breakfast as well as service was Excellent.

Shower and sink tap probably needs cleaning as it seems that shower and tap orifices are a bit clogged Switch underneath left side table is a bit loose and one has to struggle to use it. Though kettle for tea was provided but the cord was too small to reach the switch. NB..These comments should not be taken as negative,but little things help in building up the reputation,and guide for improvement.

Staff responsiveness, food, facilities, cleanliness, room sizes, room service, house keeping (Yasmeen was very responsive and responsible) ... A lot of good things ... Family enjoyed.

A bit expensive; Elevators need service / overhauling as at one time it got stuck at 1st level and then dropped from 1st level to ground with a jerk.

Room was clean and comfortable, Food was really good, staff was very courteous. Not much noise in room from outside. Creek view is really good on top floors

Couple minor ones. Half board services didnt include dinner drinks (or even water at buffet dinner which was charged extra) . The airport ride cost 2800 plus tax which i later checked was 2500 plus tax in my booking. Rooftop restaurant is only dinner for few hours. could be utilized a a good cafe with creek view

Loved everything about it , neat and clean close to almost everything i guess , Naila Haris was always cooperative and loving ....even though i noticed sadness with her but she kept her cool 🌹
