Deepest respect for get ting the idear to biild a Hotel with Max 30 rooms in the shape as 2 ships. So nice and compleete build, both inside and outside. We had the A36 Room with jacuzzi on the Balcony and ocean wieu. So Nice and room were in every details made Maritime so you have the feeling that you have the big cabin on a cruise liner. Amazing build and care for details. Both pools were Nice clean and with few guests almost like private pools. We loved it. Easy gangway between the pools. Breakfast is a voucher to the café in first floor and great way to let customer choose what they like. Breakfast 7.30 - 11.00. Easy free parking just outside at private hotel parking lot.

Neighbour land, next to hotel, is not Nice and is used for dumping materiales from demolition. Construction work also nearby. Such a pitty for this Hotel owner. But we still liked this amazing hotel and the dream behind.

The property is new and in great condition. I liked that it has two pools. Due to bad water we could bathe in the beach so we used the pool. Very convenient pools and not crowded at all. It feel very private.

The location is not the best right now due to construction in the nearby areas. It’s not in front of a water front with access to the beach. Maybe in the near future the construction will solve that.

Loved the rooms, kitchenette with coffee, little chocolates and tea, and the awesome, helpful staff. The breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Location was absolutely perfect, near beautiful beaches, good restaurants, and bars.

The tub jets did not work, but I only used the tub once so it wasn't really an issue. I also did not report this to management, but I am sure they would have done their best to fix it or switch us to another room.

good location the staff was very kind and helpful parking was easy, every time there was an empty place the pool is really nice very big apartments well equipped clean breakfast is close to the room

the noise, we were there for 5 nights and there was no calm night from the 5. 2 nights we heard the neighbors in the middle of the night, who made strong noise 1 night the club next to the hotel had a very loud party till 3am 1 night a person cleaned or sprayed something with a very loud machine at 6am 1 night there was a loud group of the hotel guests and had party till 3-4am on the place of the breakfast no one could speak english, they marked they have english menu with QR code, there wasn't, the waitresses were not kind, there was no smile and they didn't try to communicate and help for us. they didn't understand the word "pay" "milk" etc.

Great view of the beach. Huge apartment with everything you need Comfy bed Multiple swimming pools was good as none were busy Helpful staff

The beach club is across the road so some noise in the late evening but given the bedroom is a room within the apartment noise is muted

I recommend the Puerto Plaza hotel which has an incredible concept and is in a great location. There are lots of shops, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and a disco nearby hotel. Very comfortable rooms, where nothing is missing and there are very clean. I really enjoyed serving breakfast which was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everybody's are ready to help. The receptionist Alex is very polite and can solve any problem in such a way that the stay at the hotel is very pleasant :)

I did not like all the dogs around that is an accident waiting to happen dog would stay up all night barking And during the day sleeping dog poop all around and at the beach

The scenery and the details of the ships were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Also nice stores around for shopping.

The only thing I can think of is the stairs, not a problem for us but someone with bad knees for example might be difficult.

Very big room, nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Everything was great, we would definitely book this hotel again! We enjoyed it so much.

Maybe a map with nice restaurants would have helped us a lot. Also the jacuzzi on the terrace was not for use because we could not close the tub..

Well located. Well equipped. Apartment was clean. Conditioner in every room so inside was nice cold. Big comfy bed.

Little bit noisy outside in the evening but it is usual for this locality.
