Everything! The staff was super friendly, the room was great, plenty of choices of restaurants and things to do for the whole family. The gym is amazing, the beach and the pool were wonderful. We will be back!

Sometimes the wait for restaurants was long as no reservations were possible (even for Club members) but we could order to the room which was great!

Dio was very courteous. The hotel facilities were excellent. House keeping was great too. Evening events were great. The food was great. Overall, it was a great trip and I would recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, there was construction on our floor (3rd), which made us have to go up/down a floor to get around it. With two toddlers and 1 baby, it made it a little more cumbersome to go to and from the room. Lots of flies, which making eating outside a bit challenging. We tried two nights to have hibachi at Tempest and were not able to due to lack of a chefs and lack of seating. On the second night, we went at 6pm with two hibachi tables full. We were told it would take 1.5 hours to wait for a table, when the rest of the restaurant was empty. We understand that it is tough to schedule these chefs with this skill. It was just a little bit of a let down. This is just candid feedback. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return again someday!

Great place wonderful staff

Some staff couldn’t understand English in Buffett areas food was not labelled so unable to understand what was available The room with booked was a junior suite with ocean view which we didn’t get also when I booked a suite with 3 rooms again this was not case we got 2 room 2 beds and sofa

I liked the beach. It's Juanillo Beach. Clean beach, white and fine sand. It's properly taken care of.

Variety of food is limited. Only three restaurants to visit and La Chinola needs to rethink their menu, and maybe add some Air Conditioning. My entire family was burning by the heat of the place.

Excellent room service - they cleaned the rooms properly and regularly restocked minibar. Attentive staff - especially Melvin during breakfast and lunch. Big pool - we had no trouble to find our spot Beach and the ocean Huge fitness

Pools are too cold - hotel should utilize solar power to heat the pools. Even the club pools were cold. Very few people used it. Whirlpools are too hot - it is uncomfortable to relax there. Some staff at the bar or reception were bored to serve us. Spotty Wi-Fi near the pool. AC in the main restaurant is set to too low for us - we sat outside regularly. Property is closed to public and UR not able to walk/run on the beach very far. You hit stones and guard forbidding you to go further. Because of that UR not able to walk to nearby streets/shops/town by yourself. There are none. The hotel area is secluded. UR caught in the resort. Your only chance is the buy one of the hotel organized trips.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room with a stunning view, big gym, amazing beach area with all facilities, large swimming pool, nice aqua park area, good variety of restaurants( especially Asian restaurant and buffet)

Lack of food options for babies, unimpressive desserts intorms of tase, slow service, irregular room cleaning service. Also me and my family had food poisoning which made us use a very expensive medical services at the hotel.

Everything was great from beginning to end. from the customer service, to the food, location, decor, drinks, views etc Elvin was a great host. such a bubbly and welcoming person.

Nothing bad to say about this place. even when it rained, we were still about to find activities to do on the resort and after a while everyone just got in the pool

There was a lot to do for the kids. The property felt grand and spacious and even though they were at capacity it didn’t feel crowded

The Italian and the Asian restaurants could use an overhaul. The food there was lacking.

I did not like that we couldn’t stay at a swim up with the kids. The food at the buffet was not so great and did not like to have people serve the food for you at the buffet

The facilities are amazing - one of the best Spa’s I’ve ever been to, an incredible pool and a good selection of restaurants. Lots of entertainment for kids too. Definitely worth upgrading for the Club level as Chinola restaurant is superb amongst the other perks.

Our room wasn’t 100% clean when we arrived with hair in the shower and bird pop on the balcony but they gave us a Cabana for the day to apologize. The shower also smelt of drains/sewage and there was no bath which wasn’t ideal with a 1 year old baby. The staff & service are also a little inconsistent, most are very good but some feel like they don’t want to be there and are inattentive.
