Location was central for me. Underground station wembley central was a 10 minute walk away. Great for getting to London central and Heathrow airport. Plenty of buses available to bring me to my venues. Hotel room was quiet. Had kettle fir making tea and coffee. Sachets were provided and milk. Great to have a mini fridge also. There was a mini mart across the road with a wide range of produce and drinks. Staff friendly and helpful. Check in was straightforward. Light technology was very impressive. Bathroom was very satisfactory and clean. Had a fantastic sleep on a very comfortable bed Would stay again. Travelled solo and felt safe

Everything was good. Room floor was carpet and I prefer timber or laminate flooring

the room was gorgeous, big bath with a television. the tv in the room is massive. the lights in the bedroom had 3 light settings which was really nice. the plug sockets all worked. the kitchenette had everything you could need with a fridge stocked with water, there was also tea and coffee. the vending machine was cheap and had different options. the man at the front desk is a hard worker, he was there the every time we passed, he was also really kind. there is work being done on the first floor so we were on the second, the work being done was only during the day and it was silent the rest of the time. i definitely recommend this hotel. the tesco and shopping centre is really close and the arena is basically next door. it is quite close to the train station also. this hotel is very very good value for money and we will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff / Bus stop at the hotel's door which is great / a good outlet shopping mall very close / if you are looking for something close to Wembley Stadium this is the place / Depending on what you are looking for this could be positive or not: From the hotel to London City Center it will take you about 45 minutes (1 bus + train (tube) Jubilee line for example) to get to Big Ben, London Eye, etc etc

Not that many places to go dine around or good restaurants / room needed a little more maintenance but it was comfortable

The hotel is in a fantastic location to access Wembley Stadium, the theatre and shopping/eating facilities. It is a short walk from the closest underground station along a very pleasant Olympic Way. We were able to easily control the temperature and lighting in the room with the smart panels. The room was well stocked with hot drink condiments and the fridge came in handy. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

There were quite a lot of stains on the carpet throughout the room and significant damage to the cabinet under the fridge in the room. While these didn't impact out stay, it would be nice to see an improvement if we were to stay again.

Lovely comfy beds. Convenient for Arena, Stadium, shops, and restaurants. Helpful friendly staff. Safe secure parking, although limited spaces so needs to be booked.

Overall the hotel was great but there were a couple of niggles. One of the bathroom doors didn't shut properly. Some of the carpets and fittings could do with a bit of an upgrade. We arrived early and were able to go straight to our rooms, but this meant that my room missed its final checks. There was no kettle, towels and soap, shower gel, etc. But this was sorted straight away so I can not complain about it.

The bed and pillows was comfy, great location for Wembley area. Staff very friendly and helpful we didn’t have a kettle in our room I asked at the front desk and they brought one straight up. Tea making facilities and fridge in room. A little bit of touching up and the room would be 10/10 the staff on reception said they are in the middle of renovations of all room. Would defiantly stay here again :-)

The room needed some updating carpets a bit torn in places and some of furnishings needed replacing.

Location of my room. It was quiet as I requested in the booking reservation.

1)Old carpet with visible stains. 2)Windows not opening. 3)Refrigerator not working. 4)The middle grey curtains with holes and smells of dust. 5)Dust on the windowsill. 6)Bedside shelf-paint chipped. 7)Iron for ironing, burnt main heating plate. 8) Replace cookies with something healthier, fruit, or oatmeal cookies. 9)Mattress is too soft. 10)First of all, pay more attention to the bedding - I had a hole in the pillow case and a stain on the bed sheets (the bedding smelled fresh, so I didn't call the reception to have it replaced).

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Great touch controls for lights etc, air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. Super shower and cosy underfloor heating in the bathroom. Lovely big T.V. Staff were fab.

One bed was a bit lumpy and had a sheet that didn't fit which meant it got screwed up in the night. There was only 1 saucer and no teaspoons for making drinks. The tissue box was empty. The duvets could be larger and there were no instructions for the large panel in the bathroom which we assumed was a TV. The outside of the hotel did not reflect the comfort and decor etc inside. None of these things were major issues.

On entry I was a little hesitant as the entrance didn't look a match to the bedroom photos that I had viewed, however, we were greeted by a welcoming receptionist and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. The breakfast full english at £12.50 per head was great value for money and delicious too.

The entrance and foyer was a bit drab and tired and I would not have booked a room as a walk in based on that first impression but the rooms and staff exceeded my expectations.

Location to Wembley stadium was ideal and the hotel was nice and relatively modern. The room was much more spacious than other city hotels. The two staff members we encountered on the front desk were very friendly and polite. An ideal hotel for a short stay. We stayed over a busy weekend (Taylor Swift) so this was a very overpriced stay, even booking as far in advance as we did. However there were unpleasant looking hotels nearby that were more expensive so we were happy with the price and stay overall.

It was lacking in the basic amenities such as the bathroom had only one half roll of toilet paper and there was no hand wash or soap. There were no instructions on the air con unit or bedside controls for lighting, which we worked out in a few mins but others might not. The lift was incredible slow and the bed was very uncomfortable.
