The staff really made this trip fun! Felt like family, namely my new "cousins" Sam from the hype team and Sephra from the front desk! There was one other young lady who was great and taught us dance but I can't remember her name. Aside from that, we did enjoy ourselves! The place is clean. So they are definitely great in customer service

One issue we did have is that we had a hard time getting wash cloths and towels. There were 4 of us, and they kept giving us 2 and 3 towels. Lastly, the food was pretty disappointing. Some things overcooked, some things undercooked. It definitely needs improvement

Everyone we made contact with at the Resort was friendly and welcoming, beginning with Paige at the Front Desk - Hideaway, make the registration process easy, simple and effortless. The staff working poolside and the bars attended to your needs perfectly and always a smile and a hello for you. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all that we needed. Entertainment was stellar each night, especially enjoyed the performances by The Fundamentals.

There is nothing that you could not like at this resort!!

The staff are amazing, front desk made sure everything went perfectly the most amazing thing is when u download the app and u can Order food late night I’m talking 1am I was ordering and they bring it up to ur room for you ..( finger foods) I would highly recommend the adult only. Bartender were my favorite well I believe it’s everybody favorite .. I was a little nervous when I started reading the reviews and people said the food wasn’t good and entertainment is not good but let me tell you the food was amazing everything I ate at the hotel hit the right spot and the entertainment was the best

We liked how convenient it was for us to book a hotel short notice when we were not happy with our previous reservation. The beach was nice and not congested. The Hideaway pools were not crowded and easily accessible. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant.

We did not like that the restaurants were not available when we were told that they were taking walk-ins but only to refuse entry because we did not have a reservation made by a butler. We walked around to 3 restaurants with the same issue. We were given a buzzer and waited for about 20 minutes only to be told we could not be accommodated due to multiple large parties. Hideaway front desk were not always courteous or willing to help.

The property and resort is lovely. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the resort has everything you expect to find.

I stayed on both the Royalton side and the hideaway side however my room on the Hideaway side was a little dirty and dated. The sofa in my room was covered in stains, my shower room was also stained and my wall by the sink. I don’t think this is a fault of the resort or staff but most likely prior guests however it wasn’t a nice site to see. My room in the Royalton side was perfect with no issues so I just assume the building I was in for the Hideaway side was more dated than my Royalton building.

Fabulous resort amenities. Views and private beach are spectacular. Pools are spectacular.

The food was good but not great. Some of the staff were great while others seemed to be putting their time in. The place showed some wear for example- water closet door in room had no handle or latch and door would not stay closed.

Staff was amazing and invested in making our trip memorable. The food was delicious and the pools were clean.

The suite had a weird smell that was overpowering but outside of that the room was beautiful as pictured. The wasn’t really an adult side considering we stayed on the adults only section of the restaurant. The resort kinda died down after 11pm. The resort is definitely catered towards family. Good thing our main goal is was to relax and not party.

We really loved the staff and especially the ones at the bar. We loved the different pool locations too. We also really enjoyed the music and different activities that we could enjoy at night. We actually loved housekeeping services and the room service was fabulous. Food was okay and typical hotel food. Over all is was very romantic and so perfect for couples. We did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was a nice experience for us and the food the chef cooked was AMAZING.

We decided like the comfort of the beds. We also were so upset that there was only one working 2 socket plug in our room. There was 2 only in the room (with about 4 other 3 socket plugs) and we asked for the second one to be looked at but it was not. The adults side is NOT worth the extra funds, doesn’t seem like a adult side at all

The quality of everything from the staff to the facilities is outstanding. Check-in was smooth and the staff were able to help us with additional requests like an itemised bill for expenses. Things that can’t always be taken for granted at an all inclusive hotel really are all inclusive here. As many towels as you want, as often as you want them. No need to fuss with bills at the bar. Mini bar in the room is completely complimentary and you can ask for things to be included, water, fizzy drinks and also beer. The beds are SO comfortable and the room was really thoughtfully decorated, enough “stuff” to feel comfortable but not too cluttered. Can’t compliment the staff enough, polite, attentive and helpful all round. We stayed late oct-early Nov: the weather was changeable but rain moved though quickly and the hot days were frequent and the sun powerful.

It is quite noisy at night until about midnight due to the entertainment which takes place until 11 and then everybody going back to their rooms. But for us this was only a minor inconvenience and didn’t affect our enjoyment, just might be a factor if you want a truly calm and serene holiday. There isn’t loads of storage for clothes so if there’s two of you here for a fortnight with two massive cases you may struggle for space but we made it work as we only had one large case between us. It is a predominantly English/Brit crowd with a few Canadians and Americans thrown in, which wasn’t a problem for us as fellow Brits, but you may tire of the footy on some of the bar televisions and the sports updates around the pool. Everybody we met though was lovely and no bad behaviour.
