The location is fantastic but it is the staff/team that make this property truly exceptional. The team in the club lounge made our vacation so special and memorable that we cannot thank them enough. Every day they would go out of their way to to help us enjoy our stay and would always take the time to ask us how our day went. They made us all so welcome as though we were family. Having stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world, my family and I agreed that this is the best hotel that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Most 5 star hotels are generally quite similar but what differentiates your hotel is your staff. They are amazing in everything that they do. If I do visit Singapore again, I will not consider staying in any hotel other than Intercontinental Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

It was a lovely heritage hotel in a great location , near 2 malls, Bugis St MRT station and many restaurants . I had an upgrade to a suite and it was lovely and spacious, decorated in peranakan style . All staff were friendly and helpful , particularly Lynn on concierge services and Chen Nai , the cleaner , who did a a good job in the room

Beautifully decorated hotel, such warm, friendly helpful staff. Great location. We loved the charming classic decor with Asian influences. Loved the Lobby lounge, great ambience and offered light meals and drinks. Also the pool was great and we used this most days due to the humid weather. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Staff would always get us taxis and we’re always smiling.

Room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Conveniently located for the MRT, which is just a short walk away. Breakfasts were amazing, so much choice! Staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful facilities maintained by beautiful people. What a pleasure to stay with them

Rooms are fantastic, bed is super amazing and they even offer the selection of different pillows. The cleaning was amazing, toiletries choice is on top. Breakfast has huge selection of asian and indian food, but also more than enough English style breakfast. We were dining every single night in the hotel restaurant, the prices are very fair, quality of the food is top, thats why we didnt have a need to go to other restaurants. And the stuff in the restaurant - we just loved it, they know how to advise excellent food and drink choices and even made us great pictures. The stuff everywhere in the hotel is super helpful and nice. And we had live music on Friday night <3 Would definistely advise the hotel for our friends and would be happy to come back next time again.

Although it's hot and humid aoutside this time in Singapore, the hot pool was not heated but its not a big deal, we enjoyed the usual pool anyways.

Loved it! Stayed in the junior suite with access to club. All was excellent, location, comfort, club, staff… would definitely come back!

First Booked in the heritage wing but didn’t like it at all: Windows view was straight into a restaurant in a gallery and the room felt ‘tired’. I moved to the suite and it was great

We were very happy to receive an upgrade for this special trip. The room was very large and well decorated. The beds, duvet and pillows were all very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful whenever we had any questions. The interior of the hotel lobby was really impressive and clean. The location is excellent - Bugis is close to many interesting neighbourhoods, shopping malls etc. It was good to know that we could access gym, sauna and pool, though sadly we didn't have time to visit these.

All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Loved our room on the upper floors. Our first room was on 3rd floor and felt rather dark and air-conditioning was too noisy to sleep with.

We had a full day in the hotel whilst waiting for our late night flight. We found that there was nowhere in the hotel to sit comfortably for a few hours without buying food and/or drink. As we were recovering from an illness that meant we had been admitted to hospital we had little desire to eat and drink. The pool area is dated with limited areas to sit out of the sun. Likewise the pool showers were also very dated.

Been trying to get a bill for my stay for the past 1 month BUT both the InterContinental Singapore and Booking.com are refusing my simple request in complete breach of my rights as a customer !
