The hotel was breathtaking and lived up to our expectations for our special trip - our honeymoon! The staff by the pool and restaurant were great, food and drinks excellent and the standard of hotel really good.

As we were on our honeymoon and had let the hotel know months in advance, we were expecting a little more of an experience upon arrival. There was a mix up with our boat trip which didn't end up being booked for the day we had signed upto which was disappointing

The food was excellent. The breakfast had a huge selection of choices based on what you were feeling and we loved the pasta at dinner. The drinks were delicious, I loved their margarita drink it was so tasty!

Only thing that could’ve been better was having better taxi service. Some taxis would charge us more for fares and some less, and the airport fee that was provided to us was not what we were charged by the taxi guy - I had to negotiate with him.

Everyone was so amazing and attentive to us. They went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Robert was our favorite pool guy. So friendly and awesome to talk to.

The food could've been better, especially considering how expensive everything was. We decided to dine in on our last night, and it wasn't good. The flavors were off and didn't balance the meal. It was either way too spicy or way too lemony. This is the only restaurant on the property; if you leave, you must pay for an expensive cab ride to go to another restaurant.

Loved the infinity pool! The men who worked at the pool were very nice and friendly. Rooms were extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was a huge plus to be included.

Customer service at check in wasn’t the best. It was very short, dry and not welcoming. Would also like more assistance with arranging transportation when needed.

Everything was wonderful, clean, quiet, tranquil, and receptive. The rooms were nice and modern. The views were great. The weather was windier than expected which impacted available activities but amenities and experience were great.

The wifi went out the last few days which just stunk a little bit. Otherwise it was great. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add.

The property is amazing, great views, great restaurant and the room are spacious and beautiful

The staff is really rude, specially the women waiters and the staff at the lobby, most of the times it felt like they were doing you a favor. The only ones that were really kind and had such a great attitude were the staff at the pool and at the beach.

Breakfast was remarkable. The views were stunning and the accommodations and facilities were wonderful. It felt completely luxurious in every way, and the vibes of the entire resort were on point. The staff were so kind and friendly and it felt like they truly wanted to be there. Very relaxing and wonderful for a couples getaway!

Some of the marketing was confusing. The menus/restaurants don’t completely make sense online, but they do in person. They could expand their food options for lunch and dinner. Also, I noticed others getting tours of the entire property, but we didn’t when we arrived for some reason, so it felt like we were always trying to figure out where to go, etc. There needs to be consistency with guests.

It was a wonderful way to bring in my 40th birthday. Staff was lovely!

Having to call for a golf cart and them not being readily available at such a hilly resort. Also, the taxi experience as I often felt that they were annoyed by waiting for us to get there and were over priced for short distances.

The concept of this place is so amazing. You directly connected to nature but in a super luxurious way. so calm that you can hear your soul think lol. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone out there trying to buy peace. Note.... its not an all inclusive hotel!!!

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! Firstly the property is beautiful! The pool area looking out to the ocean is breathtaking! The jetty leading out to the private beach was stunning! The rooms were also very well decorated and well kept! The on-site boutique store Coco, had so many beautiful items for sale as well! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning that had so many options! The restaurant Vita- was also delicious! Spent many nights unwinding near the Cave Bar with a cocktail and sitting by the water! We loved that every night we would return to our room being turned down with a nice bottle of water and a set of macaroons! This resort was really top notch, all staff members were so welcoming and helped us plan any excursion we were interested in and always made sure we were taken care of! We cannot wait to plan our next trip back!
