From the beginning we had the best service. Super friendly and positive personal Mehmet welcomed us and helped us. When we checked in we were informed that we got free upgraded room and that was really so beautiful room. Beautiful furniture, so clean, large sea view and super soft bed. Unfortunately we only use the hotel for sleeping but it was so professional to have a service from guest relations to text us and offer us help if we need anything. She also send us a complementary Starbucks coffee so we could use more hotel facilities. This reservation was my surprise to my wife and I was so nervous if she would like it or not but it was the best decision. Highly recommended, we will definitely choose again, hopefully for longer.

Last night of ours next room was super laud. We guess they were fighting. We wouldn’t mind but we had so early flight in the morning and needed to sleep. When we called the receptionist he handled so professionally and quickly. Couple minutes later they were quite so we appreciated the help. We recommend you could put a sign in each balcony or in room to not speak loudly after dinner time in the balcony maybe? Because the most problem was: it makes echo when they talk even a bit louder than normal in balcony. When they went back in room it was doable, but in balcony it felt like they were in our room fighting.

The hotel is wonderful and close to many places I loved to visit. The public relations officer at the hotel, Miss Azza, was very friendly and helpful. she’s suggested a trip that was very wonderful. The , and the name of the trip was a boat party in kemer . I recommend it

The view from our room was beautiful. It's a 5 minute drive to a good beach location. They have a shuttle that runs multiple times during the day. You can borrow fresh towels from the spa center. There is a gym as well. Excellent breakfast which included fresh fruit which was the best part. They even surprised us with complimentary birthday cake for my partner's birthday. Got complimentary starbucks drinks as well. Overall staff were very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Would definitely try staying at the same place again.

The breakfast, although excellent but expensive, I would say. I was expecting a larger swimming pool but understand having a beach close by a larger pool would not make sense.

Holiday Inn stood up to its brand name as usual when it came to hospitality. The staff looked after very well. Car Park was available as I was driving myself. Towels were available to take along to the “Red and White Beach” which was free for guests of the hotel. Breakfast had good variety and was great. On our arrival, we got a room upgrade and had sea view from our window. The Turkish Hamam was a good experience although it wasn’t assisted and you had to operate on your own.

No lifeguard at the pool and pool cleanliness can be improved Rooms are not spacious enough

An truly exceptional place to stay at! Definitely the one where we'd like to return again! Cozy interiors, well equipped room on an upper floor with charming sea view, good rich breakfast, stable wifi, awesome pool, and many many other lovely things in and around! What especially worth mentioning is the kind and very helpful hotel staff in the restaurant, at the reception, virtually everywhere! We really liked the place and the people!

The food from room service was fairly priced and delicious. Alena from guest relations was very helpful in helping us find places to go. She was a very great staff member! The amenities in the room were also very good quality. Normally I am not able to use the shampoos and soaps in hotels because they aren't good quality, but I was pleasantly surprised with the ones at the Holiday Inn! It's also a convenient 15 minutes away from the airport.

Some of the staff weren't as friendly. I got a bit yelled at by room service when we couldn't understand each other. The hotel is also a bit far from tourist destinations like the Land of Legends and the Aquarium. Also, I thought that there would be a beach connected directly to the hotel. The pictures they use make it seem that way, but the beach is actually a one kilometer walk away from the hotel. This was disappointing. The room was also a tad bit small, and the fridge made a really loud noise when it was turned on. It was this constant loud buzzing sound that wasn't very pleasant. We left the fridge off most of the time.

The Hotel about 5-10 Mins walk to the beach but most of the rooms with Beach view. Area very quite and almost Hotel is like center of most the things around in Anatalya. Hotel Staff (Reception, services, housekeeping and resturanant, etc.) are very friendly and helpful. Resturant Menu with good selection and contain a lot of varities. I appreciate the extra effort put by Ms. Azza Hallaq, Guest Relations Manager in making sure every aspect of my experience was enjoyable and for going above and beyond her role. Her excellent communication skills, along with her genuine and friendly demeanor, contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere at the hotel. I look forward to future visits to the hotel and will certainly recommend it to friends and colleagues based on the positive experience I have had.

At first days of arrival the weather was not cold enough and temperture was kind of high. So, was hot in the room at night but AC was not cooling enough. but in general after few days the weather changes.

Room was very comfy , and the breakfast was very good . The beach is 1.5 km but it is a very good private beach . I would like to give special thanks to Alena in the reception she was very smiley ,helpful and very responsive

AC need to be fixed as it is switched off automatically after certain time I am surprised that my room opened without a key card , i did not noticed until last day in my accommodation

The hotel has great reviews for a reson. From the moment I entered reception, the staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. They continued to be so for the duration of my stay. The food was lovely, I had breakfast and dinner there and during the daytime mad euse of the Starbucks in the hotel. l also is Ed the fitness centre and the Spa. I highly recommend a workout and then a Thai massage. It was so good. I went back the next day! Everything is competitively priced, and I can't recommend the hotel highly enough. I am back in Antalya on business shortly and won't be staying anywhere else.

Absolutely nothing apart from having to leave!

Everything about our stay was brilliant, and I am very glad we picked the Holiday Inn. Alena in guest relations was great, made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed; all of the staff were also brilliant, from dining room, to housekeeping, security, reception, and everyone else, really making for a lovely environment. Everyone spoke more than enough English which took a lot of pressure off us too. One of the best things was the food - breakfast buffet was amazing, ranging from home comforts to traditional Turkish dishes, which were cooked by their talented chefs and were delicious. There was such a variety of things it must have taken nearly a week to have tried a bit of everything (there was even a honey comb!). Lunch and dinner were also fantastic, both the a la carte menu and buffets. The room was lovely, great views over the mountains and seas. The sound proofing is excellent, and you really can’t hear any airplanes with the balcony closed. Lovely little air con and mini fridge in the room (with unlimited complementary free water), and a very nice bathroom (with powerful, hot shower). Never once in almost 2 weeks stay we had any problems with hot water, air con, or wifi. Also a nice little gym, with more than enough equipment to keep your fitness up if you desire over your stay, both weights and cardio. A nice spa too. Everything of course very clean and well kept, and lots of nice places to sit down and relax. Overall I would definitely recommend, and we’ll most certainly be staying here again when coming back to Antalya.
