I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Antalya for five days and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-located — ideal for both relaxation and exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the guest relations team in general and Miss Azza in particular. They were consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Whether it was assistance with local recommendations, special requests, or just checking in to see if everything was going well, their warm and thoughtful approach made a big difference in my overall experience. A big thank you to Miss Azza and her guest relations staff for going above and beyond — your efforts did not go unnoticed, and you truly elevated my stay. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Antalya and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

I originally booked for two nights, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless and well-maintained, with an excellent location just minutes from the sea, the airport, and the city center. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Azza. From the moment we arrived, she was professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. She made sure we were comfortable and truly went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Because of this, I decided to extend my stay for two more nights. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

The staff was very helpful and solved our problem with the broken kettle immediately. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and in great variety, a mix of local cuisine with some regular dishes familiar to everyone like pancakes or french fries. We received a great support from the guest relations department with planning our leisure activities from booking a day trip to overall questions about public transport and taxi service.

From the beginning we had the best service. Super friendly and positive personal Mehmet welcomed us and helped us. When we checked in we were informed that we got free upgraded room and that was really so beautiful room. Beautiful furniture, so clean, large sea view and super soft bed. Unfortunately we only use the hotel for sleeping but it was so professional to have a service from guest relations to text us and offer us help if we need anything. She also send us a complementary Starbucks coffee so we could use more hotel facilities. This reservation was my surprise to my wife and I was so nervous if she would like it or not but it was the best decision. Highly recommended, we will definitely choose again, hopefully for longer.

Last night of ours next room was super laud. We guess they were fighting. We wouldn’t mind but we had so early flight in the morning and needed to sleep. When we called the receptionist he handled so professionally and quickly. Couple minutes later they were quite so we appreciated the help. We recommend you could put a sign in each balcony or in room to not speak loudly after dinner time in the balcony maybe? Because the most problem was: it makes echo when they talk even a bit louder than normal in balcony. When they went back in room it was doable, but in balcony it felt like they were in our room fighting.

Staff is really friendly and helpful! :) Hygiene is top notch, the food is really good, nice welness, gym and outdoor swimming pool. Hotel is located around 10km to 15km from Old Town. By taxi it is around 10 euro one-way. Taxi drivers are also really friendly and fair prices. It really helps if you learn basic Turkish, it is a language filled with respectful/ positive sayings that are used on daily basis.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like , The hotel was spotless , everything was great! It’s a fantastic choice for anyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

The view from our room was beautiful. It's a 5 minute drive to a good beach location. They have a shuttle that runs multiple times during the day. You can borrow fresh towels from the spa center. There is a gym as well. Excellent breakfast which included fresh fruit which was the best part. They even surprised us with complimentary birthday cake for my partner's birthday. Got complimentary starbucks drinks as well. Overall staff were very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Would definitely try staying at the same place again.

The breakfast, although excellent but expensive, I would say. I was expecting a larger swimming pool but understand having a beach close by a larger pool would not make sense.

We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for two more days! The hotel is wonderful and close to many places I loved to visit. The public relations officer at the hotel, Miss Azza, was very friendly and helpful. she’s suggested a trip that was very wonderful. The , and the name of the trip was a boat party in kemer . I recommend it

Holiday Inn stood up to its brand name as usual when it came to hospitality. The staff looked after very well. Car Park was available as I was driving myself. Towels were available to take along to the “Red and White Beach” which was free for guests of the hotel. Breakfast had good variety and was great. On our arrival, we got a room upgrade and had sea view from our window. The Turkish Hamam was a good experience although it wasn’t assisted and you had to operate on your own.
