Beautiful foyer with stunning display of aged mining equipment. Very warm and friendly reception (English speaking). The room was beautifully appointed with lovely furnishing and linens. The en-suite shower room was perfect. Everywhere throughout was wonderfully clean. The breakfast was very abundant/plentiful. There are a limited few internal parking spaces that were convenient - but reserve a space as soon as you book your stay.

Within a short distance of the train station as well as the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the double room (with an extra single bed) was spacious and like the bathroom super clean. I stayed during an intense heatwave and the air conditioning was really effective.

Large room with plenty of space. Big, comfortable bed. Bath with shower attachment - might not suit everyone but it was nice to soak my feet! 10 mins walk into the old town.

Air-con unit had a very bright light so not great on very warm nights, although I switched it off.

Very handy location for the market square and numerous cafes and restaurants. Nice that the receptionist was fluent in English. Great breakfast!

Only criticism would be that the room layout was a bit tight. Couldn’t open the toilet door and the bathroom doors at the same time.

The hotel was very easy to find, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The private parking was excellent and a great price too. I would stay at this hotel again.

There was a shower attachment in the bath but nothing to put it on so had to use it by hand.

Great location very close to historical center with restaurants and bars. Comfortable room and bed. Really hot shower was great after cycling in rain. Helpful and forthcoming staff. Bicycle could be parked inside in a garage. Might look a bit shabby from the outside but is very good inside. Very good breakfast.

Right at the entrance of the pedestrian center of Rimini, 150m to the Templio Malatestiana, very modern (this is usual in my stays in Italy) comfortable and easy access place. Found a parking space 50 meters away. Nice restaurant next door.

Angouleme Station 5min walk, City center and restaurants within 10min walk, helpful staff, hotel clean, good breakfast and coffee, access organised for late arrivals.

On a Sunday, many restaurants and shops are closed in Angouleme. A possibility should be given to guests on that evening to have a simple meal .

The hotel occupied a great position for access to the old part of town and an authentic experience in a French town. Cafe culture.

Initial experience was of a run down town with areas occupied by dilapidated buildings and tired people on the edge of society. Beyond this, this is real France, an experience not to be missed.

The room was large, lots of power points storage, extra pillows excellent air conditioning. Very helpful and extremely nice staff Location near shoppping and restaurants.
