Excellent hotel, very comfortable rooms and facilities, very well located, breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent, they were always exceeding my expectations, they were fast to answer any question or to explain things. Also, very good place to park/storage bikes. I would come back to this hotel if I go back to Valence

A little detail: some fruits (like melon or strawberries) were available during breakfast on my first day, but not on the second, but this is just a tiny detail, the breakfast was very good, the buffet one.

We needed a wheelchair-accessible room, and they reserved it for us. It worked fine, although the automatic opening of the door did not work (and it is indeed very difficult to open a heavy door from a wheelchair), and the bathroom floor ended up all wet because of an inadequate slope of the floor towards the room. Parking was fine, but the parking lot could have a direct entrance to the hotel. The service was very nice.

I would have loved an in-house restaurant, although very nice bistros can be found two blocks away.

Very nice hotel with lovely spacious air conditioned room, great bathroom, bed and tv. Well insulated for noise compared to many other hotels I’ve used.

My bag strapped to my motorbike with less important stuff in it got training shoes and sandals nicked out it, my fault I guess as I didn’t go through the hassle of unattaching it/carrying it in etc as the bike was parked in the fenced off rear car park that had a coded security gate. Croissants at breakfast were like UK croissants, not usual French quality at all.

The staff are amazing and kind. We arrived tired from a long journey due to a train delay and they ensured check in was simple and smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, a walking distance from everything. Our room has a balcony overlooking a lovely sight. We were granted a late check-out and the staff helped us call a taxi. We loved Valence, both the city and the people!

Nothing at all!

The room was very luxurious, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in at a hotel in a long time. The room was very well equipped and had everything we needed.

The location wasn’t great for us personally as a family we used this a stop for while travelling through France and we found that there were a lot of (not very very people) on the streets outside and round the area of the hotel but this just a personal opinion.

Room in general, specious, comfy bed, no noise! Easy access from the highway.

No parking available - had to park away from the hotel after having been on the road for many hours, very tiring and disappointing! Breakfast was a bit chaotic (buffet too small, not well organized) spoons missing to properly pick food. We were informed that the water in the minibar was complementary but then emailed to return to the hotel after departure to return it. 😀 Not very professional nor customer friendly. Especially considering the room rate for a stay of less than 24 hrs.

Very comfortable bed and air conditioning just right! Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Property was great. Disappointed in Valence, Friday night and pretty much everything was closed, also streets were dirty and didn’t feel particularly safe walking around!

The hotel is modern and the room I stayed was comfortable. It is not exactly in the city centre, but at 5 minutes walking distance from it, so overall the location is good. It has a private garage which is very convenient if you are coming by car.

I booked a duplex room and noticed on the hotel’s website that some of these came with a microwave/fridge/hob. I enquired if I could have one of these rooms and was given one. Having a fridge was so helpful. Room was well equipped and we had air conditioning.

There was a bit of a funky smell on entering the room but after about 20 seconds you could no longer notice it.

Finally a well-defined room with excellent finishes, and really clean and comfortable (room 306) with no noise from the road at all (it looks into the car park). The city is relatively unappealing, and the hotel is a welcome safe haven with good secure parking.

I don't know if this is a daily occurrence, but there are some bins outside the window that someone decided to trundle several times at 6.30am in the morning. Please wait at least another hour before making so much noise.
