Good service, communication, support in case of issues. A good place to spend the holiday with kids, and a great swimming pool.

Not clear expectations regarding cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay. Also could be mentioned that the soap and washing liquid is not included.

Spacious accommodation. Comfortable bed and clean linen.

Long walk to the village and especially the walk back as it was all uphill.

Great staff! friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Swimming pool was great for the kids.

Very good location to explore the Loire Valley. There are approximately 80-90 houses and there were a lot of families with kids and pets (even a group of teenagers during our stay). All of them were very respectful with no noise after 9:00 PM.

The cleaning is not great and should be included in the fee (not as an option). It seems to be left to guest so be prepared for cleaning and make your beds at arrival.

Could do with more plants and trees, it looks a bit bare. Low maintenance plants like lavender, Holly oaks etc...in front of the houses to give a bit more charm to the residence

Swimming pool is small and not enough warm

Good location and great value for money. However, when arrived we found the house poorly cleaned and dishes full of dirt stains. The dishwasher was not working but was replaced in less than 24h.

Cleanliness is not the strongest point The pillows are uncomfortable.
