The room was spacious and clean The shower was also spacious and good There was a little kitchen area with fridge and there was aircon. The car was parked outside the door and it felt secure. There was a very solid gate with a code at the entrance. Although right next to the A25, I didn't find the traffic noise intrusive or loud. There is a E leClerc and a McDonald's not very far away. We drove the 10 mins into Bailleul and had a nice meal there. It is a very self service place which is great if youre travelling at odd hours. We arrived late ish and left early

Apparently, there should have been an email or text message to let us know the arrival procedure ( there is no one on site that we saw) but that hadn't happened so we were a bit unsure how to get through the gate initially, but a phone call to the number sorted it out.

Clear instructions were received for unlocking the gate out of reception hours. Main bedroom quirkily interesting, spacious and comfortable.

Combined entrance and kitchen very basic, just a fridge and a plate and cutlery. Shower somewhat worn with loose tiles, bathroom poorly ventilated and musty (would benefit from passive extraction).

Nobody on reception when I arrived (even though my arrival time had been acknowledged by the hotel). I then had to call an international number (for me) in order to arrange entry to the room.

The location was good for what I wanted, but we knew that before booking. Relatively cleanish, nowhere near spotless but good enough

It was very weird, felt like being in a zombie movie. The person who greeted us, the cleaner, was nice but other than her, no reception or staff at all for the rest of our stay. Room was just open when we arrived and we were told to just leave it open when we left!

We booked 2hrs before we arrived because it said it had late check in until midnight and was a good location to the motorway. When we got the barrier 11pm it was closed and the touch screen pad to put our booking ref did not work. I called the number and it went to an answer machine. After 20 minutes of frustration I finically got a call on my mobile and I was told by the receptionist that they had been a asleep! They obviously were not expecting us! The room was clean but only one of light bulbs worked and the showers did not work but it did have a bath. It is a real shame as the place was perfect in many aspects but was let down by a few things. Would I stay again - maybe.

when we finally got into the room everything was ok

we had arranged to book in between 11 am & 12 (which was not outside their check in hours) after driving from Italy overnight, nearly 800 miles but nobody turned up so rang after 12 to be told we couldn't book in until 4pm but he texted back with the room number which we went to & it was so disgusting left by the previous occupant we waited in the car.

Location and parking place was the only things to appreciate.

Breakfast was really small and nothing special, for 9 euros really expensive. The worth thing was the cleanliness, dirty bed sheets and hairs everywhere
