Just short of the highway, we found this lovely hotel in the countryside. Old village that we, due to the travelling scaduel, took no time to look around. The restaurant was good although we both had some digesting difficulties. Very friendly personal that spoke propper english.

3 or 4 parkingplaces in front of the building. Some 500 meters further we found a parking suitable for 15 cars with a shortcut by foot trough a sort of park strait to mainstreet.

The neighborhood is beautifiul and close to the "tourist district" -- although the village of Beaugency has such a lovely gentle feel that it didn't feel touristy. The garden area on the property where we could sit and enjoy the flowers and the view was so charming and beautiful. The hosts spoke enough English that we were completely fine without speaking French. Very accommodating. We traveled with bikes which they stored for us in a locked room. It was quiet and serene.

Good location with a really helpful manager. As we were a group of 4 travelling on bikes it was a real bonus to have a locked storeroom available. The rooms were very clean, comfy beds and a good shower.

Would have been nice to had a few more in-room facilities such as tea/coffee making, etc.

Friendly personnel who speak English. The garden is beautiful even in the rain. Our rooms on the ground floor facing the garden seemed recently renovated. Beautiful location in the center of the village, less than 10 minutes walking to restaurants, bakery and other shops. Great breakfast, especially the croissants and the fresh fruit salad. We could park the car in our reserved parking slot in the inner courtyard.

Just a few small things that were unpractical in the bathroom, but nothing major. At breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice and maybe some boiled eggs would be a good addition.

I have stayed at hotels in Beaugency on many occasions as the town is an easy run to the ferry at Caen, but this was a first time for Le Beaugency. Owner-run is always a good thing and certainly so in this case. Very helpful and knowledgeble, clearly proud of his hotel, the proprietor and his wife helped us in many ways. We were given rooms on the first floor, accessed from a roof terrace that looked over the charming garden. Tucked behind high walling and gained through double sound-lock doors, they were quiet, generously sized and fitted to a very good standard. The (walk-in) shower room and W.C. were separate, clean and well equipped with plenty of hot water. The beds comfortable and an excellent breakfast meant a good night was had by all.

Just a niggle or so: the location is right on a very busy, light controlled junction, I should imagine that noise and dust might well be an issue for any rooms facing the road. Certainly, getting off the parking area/pavement in front of the hotel is very tricky in the morning rush hour!

Room nicely decorated, great shower and spotlessly clean throughout. Ground floor room facing onto lovely walled garden - ideal for a relaxing read. Very close to village centre with range of bars and restaurants. Delicious breakfast selection served in lovely room facing garden.

Very clean, well organized room, very quiet,nice courtyard right outside. Locked storage room for our bicycle. We went out for our breakfast, so I can not comment on that. The town is very walkable and have lots of stores and restaurants.

The hotel has very strict policy of forbidding any food in the room. I have never encountered that in my whole travel in different parts of the world.

Everything was very good. Warm greeting (for non French speaking guests English was spoken) excellent dinner and good selection on fresh breakfast buffet. Bedroom & bathroom really clean and fresh. We could not fault it. Free secure parking too as we reserved in advance👍🏼

Good clean comfortable room. we didn’t eat because the restaurant was very popular and fully booked (so book early). Not a problem as the hotel was right beside the sites and lots of nice restaurants in the square. Good safe parking, but book early. Management team very friendly and helpful. Even found and posted on an AirPod I left behind. Excellent one night stay.

Very good location - at the main street but all rooms are faced into the garden- very quiet and cozy. Free parking by request. 2 min walk to city center. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Possibility to have a breakfast and dinner. Clean room.
