Mostly Everything! Incredible view of the Mediterranean, the apartment was lovely decorated and well equipped, the hosts were the best ever, Sara and her family are adorable people, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable at their place. They gave us all the tips on how to go around and explore the area. The beach close by is one of the most beautiful we've ever been to (Mala Beach), from that beach you can walk along a lovely trail "bord de mer" that can taks you straight to Monaco and it's also a great place to do some exercise. We really enjoyed the time we spent there and we'll definitely go back whenever we have a chance.

Nothing, everything was amazing!! We loved it! But, in case you have mobility limitations, it's highly recommended that you drive a car because accommodations in this region are generally located in steep hills and there are plenty of ramps and stairs to climb from one place to another. Sara offers convenient free parking at her place and elevators are available around the condo. However, you'll still have to climb a couple ramps and stairs to get around. For us, this wasn't a problem at all.

The location was excellent with an incredible landscape overlooking the sea. You could hear the roar of the sea, in the morning it was an incredible landscape and in the evening at sunrise or sunset. The pool located towards the sea offered an incredible landscape when we swam in it, together with the sea. The experience on the French Riviera was incredibly beautiful.

The cleaning could be better, otherwise everything was ok, there was a little mess on the terrace, but maybe it was because of the wind or someone from above shook something. I can't give a bad mark, but an 8 was worth it.

Great big apartment with amazing view of the sea. Very clean with all kitchen appliances, fridge, toster, coffee machine. Plus wasching machine. And terrace. Parking space included. 5 minutes to Monaco by car. Few minutes walking to the bus stop. Extremly friendly staff.

Very difficult to enter on arrivel. We had to pick up keys, but everywhere were closed gates and we had to wait for a car coming into and open it and explaining us where the office was. But perhaps it was like that because we were in January in low season.

Absolutely perfect location and the view - breathtaking ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️love it 💋 before coming I read that people mostly gave the compliments because of the pool - ended up never even visiting it - and still rate Sara Riviera Costa Plana a lovely, clean, cool (thank you A/C) and of course the lovely staff who has always ready to help whatever the problem was (honestly there were none 😽)

Stairs might be too much for some but then again, Cap d'Ail and Monaco isn't for you if you're not willing to walk a lot ❤️

We didn't have wifi for a day because the router was in another apartment and someone had unplugged it. We hoped it could have resolved earlier - since we were quite dependent on that to plan our trips

A beautiful apartment in a huge apartment complex. Sara Riviera control many apartments in the complex and offered to change our two bedroom to a one and a half bedroom so that we would have a bigger living area, fewer steps to climb and it also had a fantastic view that didn't seem to have been in the original photos. We had a huge terrace overlooking the ocean and the space was great. There are lift and stair entrances and while everything is behind the locked gate, a simple call to the office (inside and on the first floor) was easy and had us straight in the door. The parking was within the complex and very convenient to the lift.

Would be great to have a toaster and an oven, but that would be making us spoiled. We did appreciate the dishwasher, though! Receiving communications in English, then French then Italian was a bit disconcerting.

Excellent place to stay, with great personal service, breathtaking views, 'rather' close to a minicenter with supermarket, shops and restaurants, and a hilly walking distance to Monacco along the spectacular coast (35 min walk), but a car is of course recommended, but when you walk home, a refreshing and wonderful infinity pool is awaiting you. We initially booked just for one night, but the whole family wanted to stay longer, which Sara attentively and quickly arranged to us, despite the fact it was high season and a lot of guests.

The spectacular view and the impressing construction of the real estate on the hill side, made it challenging to construct easy access to the pool from all rooms without walking a number of stairs. I am a pool guy, so I would have loved to have access to the pool after 7 pm and enjoy the sunset with a drink by the poolside.

The location is good, apartments was clean and comfortable, we found everything we need. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was also very good.

The stuff wasnt very nice, when we came earlier and took the key, they just grab it from the hand and say that we came to early, we said that we informed the day before about our time, but the women dont wanna listen, say that she dont know about that, maybe the room isnt ready, she dont know, but if its ready we have to pay extra. So we decided to go to Monaco city and came ant 16.00 , like she said. But when we came at 17.00 our room still wasnt ready, the house keepers still cleaning it and we have to wait outside the door. Anyway, after that everything was good except that you cant smoke electronic by the pool and drink your drinks

The host guided us to pick up the keys from the key box and it went pretty smooth. She needed to explain the way to our apartment over phone, so it took a little while to understand and find our way correctly.

The entrance to the hotel is on a steep curve, so in order to collect the keys we needed to park our car outside the gate, call up the host and spend some time trying to find our way. It would have been challenging if there were other cars waiting behind us to get inside.

Nice ambiance, great infinity pool, seagulls nesting in front of our terrace, nice mediterranean vegetation on rooftops, nice and spacious apartment, breathtaking view, friendly staff, convenient location, nice wooden structure that leads to pool, chill and laid back atmosphere overall all clean enough despite aging structure, quiet.

Parking free and very convenient but structure intimidating, small bunkbeds in the cabin, small wc and bed linen need to be fresher, furniture on balcony needs a bit cleaning too and door handles need a bit of repair but other than that, I could say it was great, clean and nice! Apartment big enough but cabin room very small.
