I would like to clarify that I have no financial or other affiliations with Novotel hotels. With that established, I must express my admiration for this establishment. It offers a five-star experience at a four-star price. The hotel boasts an excellent location, featuring a spacious king-size bed for maximum comfort. It is conveniently close to quality supermarkets and a coffee shop, and only a two-minute walk from Metro Line 8. I had an exceptional experience with the reception staff. Mr. Simon and Mr. Ahmed stood out for their remarkable cooperation, impeccable ethics, genuine kindness, and impressive efficiency. Their dedication to outstanding service made my stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. They are true assets to the hotel and set a high standard for hospitality. Additionally, I wish to express my gratitude to Mr. Asaad and Mr. Ahmed from the maintenance department for their exceptional assistance in connecting my mobile device to the room's TV. My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff is truly wonderful and accommodating. This is the only hotel I will be staying at in Paris in the future. The location is also perfect. Thank you for the great experience.

Nothing at all

We booked without reading the reviews first and then we read reviews everybody complained at the quality of breakfast. Either the hotel read the reviews or guests were unfair but the breakfast is abundant, service is excellent. Overall, great experience although the hotel is not very new and rooms would need renovation. Overall, good value for money for short stays.

It's ab obsolete feature to charge security deposits on the credit cards for "possible consumption" but mini bar was even empty.

This was an exceptional experience from the moment we checked in ! Myself and the two daughters stayed there for 3 nights from the 8th to the 11th of June. We arrived at the hotel very late , and very tired . We were checked in by this lovely young man ( I didn't think to take his name down ) What a lovely person he was ! ... very friendly , chatty, just nice in general! When we were leaving the desk to finally go to the room, he told us to get in touch with the reception if we needed anything as he would be there all night till 7 am . Of course, we forgot the conventer to charge the phone so the two girls went to get it from the reception and he found one for us , we brought some ready to go food so the girls went back again to see if that could be heated up for them and that wasnt a problem either , the next day we met him again and he stopped to chat to us , give us recommendation where to go and what to visit etc.... so the welcome was amazing . we missed breakfast time! We came down for breakfast at 9:50, and breakfast was served till 9:30. Syprien explained to us that breakfast was finished like 20 min ago , we were disappointed but ready to accept the fact that we were late ... everything was cleared up so we kmew theres no chance we can get food , i was wrong as Syprien didn't even hesitate to give us a table and told us to help ourselves from what ever was on a trolley. Nothing was too much for him , then Rachida, who went to the kitchen and got us a plate of pastries and told us to call her if there's anything else she could do for us !! I couldn't believe that they went that extra step for us . When i was thanking Rachida , she said that is not a big deal as she is here to help us ! They left me speechless! WHAT A TEAM!!!

I was at Festival du Demain so the location was perfect. Staff super lovely with a not so crowded breakfast area. Room was well equipped and set out with a great shower size… definitely keep that!!! Super clean also..❤️ even when I left my room late in the day thinking perhaps that the cleaners had left. I returned to an immaculate room.

Breakfast. It was disappointing as you only had scrambled eggs and sausages to choose from for hot breakfast. It was luke warm at best and not enough choice.. baked beans, bacon, fried eggs or soft boiled would have been good. At busy moments I can imagine that the coffee machine is a bit of a wait but I had no issues… also didn’t really like the building out the front but this wasn’t an issue..

Great location if you wish to be near the Seine (8mins walk) and Gare deLyon (20mins on #77 bus) Good restaurants choices nearby and Metro8 station (Liberte') 3m8ns from front door. Nice modern hotel, good lifts and air conditioning, yet still able to open windows. We had a back facing room overlooking roof of mall underneath was which was very quiet .

It more a commercial/ office neighbourhood so not really a touristy district.

The hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was included although we did not expect it to be. The guy in the reception Nate was extremely helpful. Thank you Nate. It was good to have a closed parking lot, included in the price. There is even an electric car charging station in the parking lot. The hotel is next to a supermarket and a metro station. It was worth every penny.

The room had a kettle but not a coffee maker. If the hotel had complimetrary tea/coffee in the reception area, the stay would be heavenly.

Close to metro station. Room was big enough. Breakfast was good enough. Easy check in and out.

You can hear outside noise (hallway) very loud, no peephole on doors, the toilet and shower/wash room separate. The cleaners were rude, they knock and open the door right away early in the morning (9am).

Rooms have no air conditioning and are preety old (but clean). The food at the breakfast wasn’t varied at all (almost no vegetables were available), and constantly half of the food was out of stock (with no intention of refilling)..

Nice hotel, clean with good brekkie (works out inexpensive with kids coz they eat free).

The aircon needs updating in light of the summer heat waves. At least staff are aware it's not really adequate and had a fan in the room. We also opened the window as the temperature dropped at night and we were comfortable.

The room was large and comfortable with a small fridge and kettle. It is a good hotel.

My check in experience was very poor as they took two lots of the 600€ amounts of security deposit from my account. One amount was removed soon after checkout. The other I had to wait till I got back to Australia to rectify. To their credit the hotel was prompt in replying to my emails.
