The room price was reasonable, but given that breakfast was included and a gym available, I find it an excellent bargain! Asked for a quiet room and got one with a view to an empty parking lot but no noise! A grocery store across the street, a nice Vietnamese 1.5 blocks away.

Self-dervice did not provide info on room number (!), Wifi etc. Location is not central but connections decent (bus 57 stop in front of the hotel, tram 3 at Poterne de Peupliers 600 m). The place seems to mainly a student dorm rather than a hotel (not that it really matters).

Location close to Paris, safe parking lot, breakfast, cleanliness and quietness despite proximity with the peripheric. The roof top is very nice.

The room and the structure itself were very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the colors and the choice of furniture. The terrace was a very nice area too. We had a couple of dinners there. The location is ok, be mindful that you need to walk a bit to reach the first metro.

The breakfast was not bad, but not excellent either. Basically no vegan choices and everything is counted.

Rooftop kitchen was dirty and even discusting. Luckily there was also a kitchen downstairs, this one was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately we couldn't do late check-out, because there was no information about the possibilities to do it.

New building, room is well thought, everything works. The rooftop terrace, gym, common room were great to have within the package. The parking is super well priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early, got the keys (but could nog use the rooms immediately) - was very nice of the manger to arrange that. Location is good - quiet neighbourhood, nearest metro and train stations are within 15 min walk.

Breakfast was very much bread oriented. Limited options - mini chocolade buns, croissants, some sweet bread, yoghurt, Nutella and jam for spreading on the bread, orange juice, coffee.

It's not a typical hotel - practically everything is automated and you don't speak with anyone from the staff. Breakfast is also just left in a kitchen. Now the actual review :) The room is nicely decorated, quiet and really big for Paris measures. Even though the breakfast is limited to bread, pastry, yogurt, jam and some coffee and juice it is very good quality - the juice is a pressed orange juice and the bread is super fresh and tasty. In the hotel there is even a room for work (with boxes for calls), a small gym, very nice terrace (on the roof) and relax / leisure areas with books, desk games, tv etc.

How do you get in if you don't have wifi or internet when you come from outside? just make a keylock with a password and number combination, for tired travelers like me who did not sleep 30 hours and just want to lie down, messing around with all the different security systems tying getting in and standing outside with big luggage waiting until someone comes out and opens the gate, is pretty annoying.

The building, all facilities, the room. Excellent

Location as it was a €29 taxi ride from Paris Nord and required multiple changes to use public transport to get back in to see city sites. Finding bus stops, bus routes, metro stations and station changes was confusing for a stranger to the city, even using internet. So we walked in. With a map provided by a metro ticket officer we did manage three changes to get back to Gentilly but the got lost trying to walk back to Hife without internet access, and had to use a taxi, expensive due to roadworks causing traffic jam. The RER plus metro does provide quick access to the . Hife could provide hints on best bus routes or metro changes required and a map showing local train station and bus stops, this would be very helpful for visitors to Parisxwho stay at Hife Gentilly.

The rooms are very nice and modern, the breakfast is very limited, but of good quality. As usual, compared to other regions of France, around Paris you get less value for your money, but this hotel is a good place if you have something to do in or around Paris. The rooftop view is amazing, the gym-option is very appreciated.

Check- in and Check-out are a bit complicated. The check-in can be done automatically, as well as the check-out, but the machines are not always working and it can be quite tricky to find staff as there is no real reception. If you find someone, they are however super friendly.

The location is great, just on the outskirts of Paris but close enough to walk to some attractions. The natural history museum and gardens and zoo are a 20-25 walk from the hotel. Opposite the museum is the Grand Mosque of Paris built in Moorish style with beautiful gardens that are free to the public. A 40 minute walk then takes you over the river to Notre Dame and from there you can walk at leisure to the Louvre, and on to Champs Elysée and finally to the Eiffel tower. All in all is around a 10 mile walk but worth it. The hotel is fabulous. It appears to be a conventional hotel mixed in with student living although the student wings are completely separate. The rooms we had were spacious, clean with lovely decor. The bathroom was well equiped. There is a games/chill out room on the ground floor which we didn't make use of but would be ideal for teens. Breakfast is self service and consists of fresh crossoints, pan du chocolate, breads, yogurt, tea , coffee, orange juice. It was plenty. The added bonus is the car parking on site for £10 per night. All in all, really impressed with the place and would Definitely return again when visiting Paris.
