The staff were amazing. I do appreciate the no frills, no extra, just a clean place to sleep in after a long day of exploring Paris. The metro station 13 is about two minutes away and convenient to go to the city centre. The neighborhood is quiet so you'll get a good night's sleep. The price for the hotel is well justified and cheaper compared to others.

The AC is a bit loud and there was some technical noise in the wall on my last night but I prepared myself with ear plugs as I always do. The toilet and shower might be a little too tight for some people but it worked for me well.

The location is really nice, in front of the hotel is a gorgeous church. It's quite area, you can find a lot of nice restorants and takeaways in walking distance. Just in 3 min walking distance there is a store where you can buy pretty much everything you might need.The hotel is very peaceful and have all necessary facilities. It is very clean, and most of the working stuff was helpful and friendly. I want to thank receptionists, Blotin Laudry- you made our stay really pleasing. Thank you for your professional approach and friendliness. The room was really small, but I was aware of it before I booked it. The shower room is the tiniest I have ever seen - if you are a bigger girl or boy, you might be uncomfortable there. However, everything worked perfectly well. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I had really good sleep .

The shower room is really small. There was only one towel per person. One night time receptionist(unfortunately, I don't know his name), was really roude with me and my friend.He was a very young man, youngest stuff member we meat in this hotel. We came back late from the excursion, and as everything was closed at the time, we went to the canteen to get some hot drink - this was the only source we had. This young man didn't want to help and told to us - to go to our room like to the toddlers...and we probably twise his age! We understand the canteen is closed at the late time, but this was a discusting attitude.

It's a wonderful stay in ibis. We are warmly welcomed by two lovely front desk ladies on the day of arrival. As it's the opening day of Olympics, we received a very cute little gift with a sincere handwritten message from the hotel. The rooms are always made clean and tidy, the temperature are well controlled. Bed & beddings are just comfort to have a nice sleep after a tiring day. Breakfast with healthy choice of yoghurt, fruits, eggs etc. The lovely ladies in the breakfast counter are so positive, always with great greetings & smile every morning. Besides the 2 front desk lovely ladies, Rida, an Italian are so helpful to assist us when we check out. Theres 3 supermarkets around, metro in 3 mins walk. Nice pizza, and restaurants, and fast food shop are all in walking distance. After all, I we have a very good stay and experience in ibis, and big claps to all their staffs!

The hotel is in a very convienent and in a peaceful place near the M13 metro station that you can go easily to the points of interest. The room was quite small but provides all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. In the second day of our stay they upgraded our room to a larger(previous was little small with 2 seperate beds) with a double bed. At this point i havs to point that the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide any help.

Our room card was demagnetized twice for some reason and we had to attend to the reception to re-program in order to enter to our room.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and the quality of service and the rooms have not changed. This hotel has it all - convenience to a metro station, the excellent customer service, and the comfortable rooms. As a solo traveller, the size of the room is perfect for me. This time around, I stayed in a room facing the courtyard and so even if I opened the windows at night, there was no noise disturbance. You have the option to leave your luggage after check out if you still have time to wander around Paris. Special thanks to Al, who was manning the reception - kind and all smiles, just like Sabrina and Nafa.

It was clean! The room is small, but for me and my mother it was perfect. The bathroom is very small too, but really well organised. Nothing got wet, it was clear, hot water. The breakfast was very good, and it had an elevator. Very close to the metro station.

You can hear the noise from the hallway. It didn't bother me so much, but I understand that for some people it could be annoying. The staff... That I didn't like very much. The person who received us wasn't very polite, though, he helped us. They aren't very lovely, but they aren't hostile either.

The staff are friendly and do their best to provide excellent customer service - especially Sabrina. I like that I was placed on the top floor overlooking a church and the neighbouring buildings. The bed is very comfortable and would provide you a good night sleep especially with the black out curtains. The size of the room was enough for me; although, I was only staying for two days and a rucksack that didn't take a lot of space. For people with big luggages might be a bit challenging. The toilet and shower was also sufficient for me. I am 5'8" and slim built, so I didn't find it small; but for those that are built larger, they might find the toilet a bit cramped. There is sufficient cleaning service and they did a good job as well. Location - it's in a quieter neighborhood so it was perfect. Metro station (line 13) is about five minutes which would take you to the centre within 15 minutes ( depending where you're going). Also, Paris is big, so anywhere would need a mode of transportation. The area is safe so there's no issues there. I didn't partake the breakfast as there were boulangeries in the area. For the price I paid, this exceeded my expectations!

I initially requested for an early check in, which, on booking.com was confirmed. However, upon my arrival I was told that it was not ready and had to wait for an hour. It was not too much of an issue as I stayed in a coffee shop while waiting. This could be an issue for other travellers who were confirmed to check in earlier. The reception was apologetic and offered coffee and refreshments while I waited, which I think was a nice compensation. The size of the room could be a drawback for some, but it all depends on you.

We were glad we had opted for this hotel, for the price we have paid, everything went as expected. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is close to central Paris (35 minutes from Chatelet metro startion) and most landmarks you may want to visit. The neighbourhood around is safe, even at night. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated but as a Parisian friend told me, that size is even larger than many other hotel rooms in town.

Lovely, quiet location. Comfortable bed and good breakfast in the morning! Staff all very friendly and helpful! Metro station just around the corner and not far from main attractions.

Our room and bathroom was quite small compared to the others but it was perfect for my daughter and I and we were hardly in it anyway, just somewhere to put our heads down at night.

Everything was good! Staff was so polite and helpful! Room was small but pretty comfortable for 2 person! Quit and pretty district, metro in 5 minute walk from hotel and bus for 1 minute walk. Over all our stay was good. Definitely will return for next trip in paris))
