The accommodation is on the ground floor of a centuries-old city centre house. The workmanship and furnishings are of very high quality - the hostess, according to her own words, is a passionate (and, I must say, very tasteful) interior designer. Breakfast is served in the hosts' dining room upstairs - this also lends the accommodation a personal touch. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is important to note that the bathroom of the accommodation is accessible from the smaller room.

Important information about the accommodation: since this is the city center of Cluny, with old, narrow streets, parking is difficult - but for example we were able to park right in front of the house, with luck.

We were passing through Cluny for a stop. The place seems renovated and looked very modern and nice. Check in was a warm welcome by the host, beds were comfortable however the pillows were very flat. Breakfast was good, fresh croissants and bread. Also home made jams were very nice.

The pillows could be more firm and the breakfast were missing some meat, cheese and eggs.

Lovely apartment in well renovated medieval building near the old abbey site, with parking close by. Very accomodating hostess.

Main bedroom was a bit dark & looked straight onto the street.

The location is around the corner of the Abbey of Cluny. City center and the main square is on walking distance. Staff is very friendly and we received some home baked local specialty to take for lunch.

Although parking is free it can be a problem to find a parking place near to the property. Not much more that was down on our expectation.

Absolutely nothing

This was an exceptional stay here in Cluny. Literally it is steps away from the museum of the Portes des Honneurs. An exquisite blend of modern and refined textures with the old, this was a beautiful refuge for us, as we had been travelling for days. Cathy was a super nice hostess. She was waiting for us and greeted us outside as I wasn't sure where I was.

This is right now a stilish B&B with only a two room suite, so it feels very exclusive to stay here. A great breakfast is served in a separate dining room. The experience is very chic and classy, yet with a very warm atmosphere. Highly recommended. We also really liked Cluny, a cute town up in the mountains of Bourgogne.

Suite very large, clean and comfortable with also toys for the kids. The host is a very nice lady, always available to support us. Super recommended location.
