loverly people, loverly setting, great breakfast could not of ask for more, good value for money with some great restaurants in all directions

Nice and quiet and parking and nice Garden

Nothing the owners were friendly , but do not speak much English, but we got by 😊

A quiet, delightful location although signposting could be improved. The chambre d'hote was comfortable and relaxing.

It was in a lovely country setting

It was very kitsch. The breakfast was very minimal. The host was grumpy but his wife very sweet.

Initially it seemed nicely decorated and peaceful as it was in a rural setting.

On arrival the owner was not welcoming - he was rude and unfriendly and abrupt. There had been an issue where the app hadn’t communicated the age of our children to him. We had booked a family room to include our boys aged 15 and 17 and he told us on arrival that the app was wrong and that this was ‘his price’ insisting we pay another 90 euros on top of the 115 we already had. Annoyingly he didn’t include the 4 euros tax which had to be settled in the morning. Their demeanour changed to a more professional hospitality after extra payment was made although we still didn’t feel welcome or comfortable. The room was too hot to sleep and had one fan which wasn’t sufficient. Although there were two windows, only one opened so we couldn’t let the air circulate. The breakfast was basic - it felt rationed and not worth what we had paid. No dietary options were offered. It left us feeling ripped off and awkward. Had a refund been possible and if we had been travelling earlier, we would have gone some where else. This is probably well suited to older couples who see value for money as the rural setting.
