Location on the marina, short walk to old town and sea front. Comfy bed. Lovely large, modern room with balcony (albeit overlooking police station at rear of property- that didn’t bother us.) Restaurant at hotel (didn’t get chance to use it as only there for 2 nights however it looked pleasant and seemed to be full of clientele.) On site car park.

No fridge which would have been handy to store my medication. We were grateful we reserved the underground hotel car park as it made life easier and was reasonably priced for Deauville - however, when driving down and then back up the slope we scraped the underside of our car even though we drove very slowly and carefully. We managed to park ok when we got down there although other reviews correctly stated that it was quite tight manoeuvring a larger car amongst the pillars in a small tight area. No lift up to reception from the carpark (which wasn’t a problem to us but could be to folk with mobility issues.)

NIce hotel in a great location opposite the port area and an easy walk to the centre, the railway station and nearby Trouville. Lovely area to walk around. My room was nice, comfortable with a great bathroom. A pleasant bar area and restaurant on site.

The only minor downside for me was the hotel parking was full on the night I arrived. I specifically chose the hotel for the parking. There is a carpark directly opposite which was free overnight and paid parking from 9am so that was an acceptable alternative.

Close to the train and bus station - overlooking the harbour. We had a three bed room which was well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The bedding was crisp and comfortable and we were able to request it to be changed and the towels daily if required.

Nothing significant other than the room we had was for three adults. The king sized bed in the mezzanine was brilliant and would be great for families with children. The bed settee was also a double but the single bed wasn’t big enough really for an adult.

The room was excellent for a family, with a mezzanine level with a double bed and tv. Customer service was brilliant- very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - over the road from the station, few minutes walk from the beach, beautiful view of the marina and right near the centre of all of the bars and restaurants.

The carpark was very secure but a bit of a pain to get in to and the ceiling was so low the car boot hit the ceiling when we opened it the first time and got scratched. Everything else was great!

There are great views of the harbour and it’s a good chain. Staff are very friendly and helpful and everything you might need is available.

It’s quite expensive for the available facilities (possibly Deauville is more expensive than other places) and, although the most expensive breakfasts I’ve had during a week in France, it was the most disappointing.

Room, small but adequate for short stay. Breakfast was extra, but very good. The location was brilliant. Close to bars, restaurants.

We do not drive a large car , a Hyundai Kona. But the parking spacers provided in the underground car park were very tight. I have been driving for 70 years and haver never had problems before. I even managed to scrape my front bumper on the wall ! Car owners, BEWARE.

Perfect location, totally central with a private car park for peace of mind and a lovely view over the marina. Rooms and bathroom a little small but typical Ibis with everything you need. Good lighting. Great shower, very comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Breakfast was really good, excellent choice. 5 different types of bread alone.

Our bed squeaked which wasn't great. Coffee is never particularly good. Other than that, all good

The room was perfect - not luxurious but very good and clean, quiet and with air conditioning. The bathroom was great - lots of hot water water and good shower - lots of towels. A couple of things needed attention on our arrival and these were dealt with immediately. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best that I have ever experienced in any hotel.

Great central location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great having a balcony for stress free stay.

Parking garage is workable. Very tight spaces. Does not have a lift to the garage which means that suitcases have to be carried upstairs to lobby through tight stairway. Not very comfortable and should be considered by management
