The room's air conditioning was very welcome with 34 degrees of heat in the daytime. Location is perfect for travelling up through France on the way to Calais. Breakfast was a good selection of fresh fruit, breads, hams, cheeses, cake, and yoghurts.

The staff were very friendly and the gentleman who booked us was very helpful. The female receptionist was smoking outside the front door in the morning, finishing her cigarette before attending to our party and another family who arrived at the same time as us. She did redeem herself with help during breakfast.

Staff were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. They brought breakfast times forward to accommodate my early start. It was very easy to reach from the N26 toll and felt safe, and it's less than an hours drive from the ferry port. The bar/restaurant has an external seating area which was welcome on such a warm evening.

The rooms are basic but functional. A few of the fittings are in need of repair/replacement but nothing that is going to ruin your stay.

This is a popular stop for people travelling to and from Calais. It’s a motel style, the rooms are comfortable, the beds not too hard and an extra pillow provided if you need one. It was also, surprisingly, completely quiet in the night. We didn’t explore the area but went to the hotel restaurant to eat. Sunday night, there was a choice of food and it was pretty good. The breakfast was also good, there was scrambled eggs and bacon available as well as the usual pastries.

Some external areas were a bit dated, although it is clearly well maintained.

Check in easy. Excellent location for an overnight stay en route south. Clean, good breakfast. Compact but adequate bathroom and good shower.

We were disappointed not to be able to eat the evening we arrived. Usually we can at least get a salad or something, but the only 3 things available were all cheese dishes and my husband can’t eat cheese! We asked for asimple salad but were told none available. We have stopped here for many years and have always managed to get a meal before.

We have stayed here often. Reception is welcoming in particular Fanny who is always helpful. Very easy to communicate with them and they reply! Bedrooms are spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate in size. Bed is comfy and the pillows. The window blind ensures black out. Bathroom with shower over is fine. Useful tea and coffee with kettle.

The food in the restaurant is not nearly as good as it used to be pre 2020, but we did eat there. Its useful.

Breakfast was very good. Room was small but adequate, and very clean. Location was good, with just 1 hour drive to the port of calais down a motorway. Not to much in immediate location, but for an overnight stop great.

Small room, otherwise fine. Restaurant had stopped serving food about 19:00 when we arrived, which was disappointing, but we bought some snacks from a local supermarket on the way there in anticipation.

Location was perfect for getting to early shuttle, just off the motorway. Fast food walkable for dinner and Sophie bakery open at 6.30am for breakfast. Rooms well equipped, tea (black and herbal), coffee (regular and decaf), hairdryer, hand soap etc. Will be coming back next time.

The breakfast was rather disappointing. By the time we got to the buffet at 8.15 ( breakfast is till 9am) there was hardly any food left : no eggs, bacon or sausages left ( just signs in front of the respective bain maries).

Conveniently located on the route to or from Calais. The staffs were very welcoming and knew how to make you feel welcome. The meal in the evening was really good and the bedroom and bed were very comfortable. The allocated carpark seems secure and well kept.

The carpark is shared with another hotel and many vans are parked overnight. Some drivers enjoy running their diesel engines around 7am for a long time before setting off. The hotels management should prevent this to happen as not only the noise level is high but also the fumes generated by these diesel vans are right next to the bedroom’s windows.

Campanile always provides good clean rooms, comfortable beds, and decent bathroom facilities with good hot water. The location is excellent for getting from and back onto the motorway, and it was easy to drive into the town itself for supper. There were a few nice restaurants open in the main square, so it had a pleasant summer evening atmosphere.

Nothing in particular, as we know what to expect for the price. We were unlucky this time to have some very noisy people in the room next door. Usually it's not a problem. I mentioned it to the manager in the morning and he was grateful for the information.
