1. Location was great. Having RER station just 100-200 metres away was the highlight and it made my paris stay much better. Easier to commute whether it is to major tourist location or cdg airport. 2. They let me check in early (although i went there to keep my luggae in the locker and told them that i can comeback later when their check in time starts) which was a life saver for me. 3. Box kinda bunker bed with individual dim light and plugpoint was great. It provides proper privacy.

One or the other elevator always had some issues. One night all the elevator was not functioning and had to climb all the 6 floors by stairs. They didn't clean the bed properly before my check in. Found a pair of old socks of previous occupant near my bed.🥴

The facilities were great and good location close to the train station the food was good and you got your value for money. The lockers and weighing scale was very handy. The outside area was also a great place to relax in the evening.

Our room was very loud, we think there might have been a gap in the window or just poor sound proofing and insolation, we hear every siren, every person talking walking but and some sort of a fight one night. The staff came off as kind of rude, not all but some, it felt like you were bothering them when you asked the for or about somthing. Our room was also not the cleanest we found a lot of cups and eye masks behind one of the beds and the mattress were covered in crumbs. The bathroom was fine but the shower had a build up of limescale on the shower head.

A well run, well maintained, and clean property. For those who are party minded, it is truly top-notch: a spacious lobby and entertainment area with food, drink, scheduled activities, and live music at times. That said, it is no problem for those who are not party minded as the insulation is excellent and it’s plenty quiet for sleeping (except as noted below).

I booked a private room, which I knew would be small but had no idea would be that small - it was closer to a pod-like space. Also, the ventilation was poor so to stay cool at night, you have to open a slider panel into a small hallway that lets in light and noise. I wound up leaving the property early and forfeiting my payment for the additional nights because of this. I do not blame the property; just a notice to others who should consider this before booking there.

My stay at this hostel was quite literally perfect. I stayed for 4 nights as part of a conference I attended. For starters, the semi-private bunk bed rooms were great value for money. The hostel is also next to a train station and is well served by buses even at night. I felt safe at the hostel and everything was clean. There were a row of restaurants and fast food outlets next to the hostel, which meant that I could get a cheap meal there if I wanted to. Otherwise, there is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Special shout out to the Irish member of staff working behind the bar who was incredibly friendly and willing to chat.

The best hostel I have ever been to in Paris, and possibly everywhere. Amazing decoration, design, common rooms, etc. Everything is well thought. I am honestly in awe. It looks like whoever created this hostel knew what they were doing, and put great love and care into it. The cabins are comfortable. They are mostly quiet and very dark. I would stay there again and have already proposed the hostel to friends.

I'd like some hair dryers in the common bathrooms area, as well as tissues. I know that in France they tend to avoid tissues/kitchen paper for sustainability reasons, but they make cleaning up after oneself easier , e.g. mopping the water around the sinks or the kitchen. It would be helpful in such a setting. Apart from that, I am very satisfied.

Location is a big PLUS. Only 2-3min walk to Gentilly RER train! Hostel has everything you need, and was clean and well thought out for guests. Plenty of space for socializing, and good eating options outside door of location. I had a cabin room, so it was nice having my own space. Bathrooms were plenty for guests to use, never worried about waiting! Staff keep hostel looking clean. The creative nature of building is an added touch! Last thing, there is a private room to store suitcases/backpacks if you need to leave belongings, only $4 Euros for 24 hour locker, great to have.

My ONLY complaint is that fellow guests were extremely rude when opening/closing their doors. Obviously, that is not the hostel's fault, but I recommend they post signs so guests do not disturb fellow travelers. Maybe remind guests as well when checking in. Oh, the cabins could use a small fan in it when temps get hot, not very good good circulation.

The property was big and clean. The outdoor area was large and they had a big screen up to play the Olympics which was great. The cabin beds in the hostel were a good size (like a double bed) and I loved the privacy the extra space gave me to spread my things out without others in the hostel seeing. Plenty of hooks to hang things up to dry. The cabin had a small sliding window which could be opened during the night if it got warm. The aircon in the dorm was great, nice and cold!

The bed was a foam material which was a bit uncomfortable at times. As much as I loved the privacy of the cabins I found that they took away a lot more of the natural and random interactions you have with your room mates. I was super busy so it wasn’t a big issue but if I wasn’t as busy I would have found it more of a struggle. Also the place is a little out of the way. There is a metro stop but not all trains stop there. If you get on the wrong train all you can do is stop at the station before or after and if before you have to walk through the university grounds to reach it.

Close to metro train tirect to Paris and all metros. Great food and chef. Lovely staff. Secure key system. 24/7 reception. Lift. Clean with hot showers. Clean bedding and bed. Allowed to sleep in late. Polite cleaning staff. Kitchen to use was very useful. Big windows, great views of Paris and they where open too. Very nice Security guard On a nighy and day bus route. Outdoor area is great. I felt relaxed there. Nice

No air conditioning in cabin so was stuffy and hot had to leave door open to sleep. Cockroaches in kitchen near sink. Possible bed bugs due to a couple of bites after sleeping. Would have liked more low chairs because I could not sit on the furnature as it was too high. The furnature outside was nice though.

I liked the space in the room, the general decoration and the friendly staff. I stayed in a mixed dorm and the beds are well separated, there is curtains for privacy, light and sockets in each bed. The bathroom was very clean.

It's a hostel for young people, teenagers in excursions, and university students. There is a bar just in the main entrance, which I don't have anything against, but it was just not my profile of hostel. Kitchen was a little dirty, but I guess people just don't have manners... nothing related to the hostel itself, just with the public that you will find. :)

My short stay here was great. I liked the option of choosing a private cabin room! The hostel was located in a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, walking distance, and 2 huge parks to walk around. The breakfast was great, and the staff was accommodating. The 24-hour access to the 4 euro lockers to store your luggage is a plus!

I did not like the description of the hostel of not mentioning anything about brining your own towels. But, I guess this is implied as it is a hostel.
