We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa close to St. Tropez! The room was large and tastefully furnished, we had a dressing room, huge bathroom, wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Parking on site was easy, we had plenty of amenities. The pool was absolutely lovely! Best of all were the hosts though: Marie & Jean-Paul were delightful, so friendly and welcoming!! They greeted us with a glass of Rosé and gave us lots of tipps for exploring the area. We loved talking to them and will definitely be back again! Breakfast was also lovely, on the outdoor-patio with fresh baguette, coffee, jam... Simply wonderful!!

It is an incredibly beautiful property with a magnificent garden, with the most beautiful view of the bay of Saint Tropez. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is also divided into a walk-in shower, separate WC and 2 washbasins. The photos give the impression very well. Everything is extremely clean. The warmth of the hosts is unique. I was greeted warmly, invited to an aperitif on the terrace, given some good tips and a restaurant reservation. In the morning I had a lovely breakfast with this magical view and they both said goodbye to me as if I were a real friend of the house. Unfortunately, the stay was far too short. I would love to come back and will always think back to this magical stay. Thank you!

It’s perfect

From the moment we were greeted by hosts, Jean Paul and Marie, we knew we had made a great choice of accommodation. They are wonderful hosts, friendly, welcoming, and full of useful information about the local area. The house is beautiful, with a Moorish influenced design, and is very well-equipped. Our bedroom was spacious and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked very inviting. The gardens and the views across the bay to St. Tropez are delightful. Breakfast, served on a terrace with sea views, was perfect. We definitely needed the car to see the area. The house itself is up a hill from the coast and along small lanes. We loved chatting with our hosts. We arrived as strangers, but left as friends. Thank you for a lovely, but all too short, stay.

There is nothing to not like

We have both traveled a lot, this accommodation was one of the best! The hosts welcomed us very warmly and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The rooms are very nice, spacious and the view at breakfast is hard to beat. We both worked remotely during the time, which was possible without any problems even with a great view on the terrace due to the quietness of the house and the very good internet connection. Absolute recommendation! We would come back at any time!

We enjoyed a fabulous few days at La Mauresque. We were welcomed like old friends by Jean-Paul and Marie with a very welcome drink of rose whilst enjoying the amazing view! They had many recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the local area. We enjoyed headland coastal walks, medieval towns, fabulous beaches and wonderful local markets. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts chatting to our hosts and other guests whilst admiring the fabulous views! We had a wonderful time exploring the local area and would happily recommend La Mauresque.

For us no problem but if you are looking for an easy walk to the beach you are in for a long walk.

Very friendly hosts,very helpful, gave us nice tips about the surroundings(what to check out,where to go) .The scenery from the room was breathtaking.The location was quiet peaceful as the host would say calm,tranquil. The garden nice, tidy. The breakfast delicious.
