Beautiful house located just a 15 minute walk from the town. Fabulous view. Very quiet location. Fantastic host - Danuta was lovely and you could tell that she really wanted us to have a nice stay. Wonderful breakfast. Changed slightly each day - different fruit each day, different fruit juices and home made treats each day - muffins, pancakes etc. We stayed in a beautiful, oak beamed room, with private bathroom and fabulous views. So quiet and really comfortable. There is a swimming pool, but the weather was against us, so we didn't get to use it, but it looked lovely! Three windows kept a lovely breeze blowing through, so we didn't need the fans at night. On site, private parking. Honfleur is a beautiful town and well worth the visit.

NOTHING to fault but some advice for travellers. The house is situated at the top of a steep slope, and the town is a 15 minute walk away, down hill. So walking back is all uphill. Not ideal if you have walking problems. You can drive and there is plenty of parking, but much of it is pay parking. Both rooms are on the first floor - being someone's home means no lift - our room was above the kitchen and the staircase was very steep and narrow - we left our cases in the car and just took what we needed, rather than trying to get them up the stairs. No air con, but I asked her in advance and our host put 2 fans in our room.

Our host was amazing - very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was great with a comfy bed, superb bed linen and lovely soft scented towels. The pool was an added bonus surrounded by seating outdoors to relax. Very quiet location with lovely views. Very easy walk into Honfleur which is beautiful - so much to see and do. We were informed of a couple of nice places to visit, Cabourg and Entretat, both would have not been on our radar had it not been for our host! She was an absolute delight and we would love to stay again. Merci :)

It was perfect.

Our host was very welcoming and showed us to a beautiful cosy room with a vaulted beamed ceiling, a very comfortable bed and wonderful views of the garden and the Pont de Normandie in the distance. There were coffee and tea making facilities, bottled water with madeleines and chocolate. The French style breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, croissants and a delicious almond and pear cake was a perfect start to the day. Pictures show scenes in Honfleur.

One word - PERFECTION! My daughter and I travelled around Normandy in June staying in various hotels. This hotel was by far the best and most amazing property we stayed in. Everything was perfect, from driving directions sent by the host, to the room, and breakfast. The location cannot be any better, very easy to find by car and walking distance to the center. The room was tastefully decorated, with attention to detail, very comfy bed, high quality mattress, pillows, and linens. Tea and coffee facilities in the room that were replenished daily were a very nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The host Danuta is a pleasure to deal with, so sweet and kind.

I wish we booked more than two nights.

As all the other guests say Danuta is a wonderful host and welcomes you every morning with fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and cooked breakfast was available too. Breakfast is served at a large spacious communal table. The B&B is so clean. You get fresh towels and your room is cleaned everyday. The house and our room was nicely furnished. There is a coffee machine in the bedroom and chairs to lounge in. Lots of wardrobe and storage space. We had our own entrance to our room. There is a spacious lounge to chill in. There is a patio to the pool. It was early May so the pool was open. Great location too, parking and a 10 min walk to the centre of Honfleur.

The perfect stay for visiting Honfleur which a an easy 5/10 minute stroll away. The accommodation was beautifully presented and spotless! Danuta was very a tentative and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was varied and excellent. Easy and safe motorcycle parking. Would highly recommend.

A lovely B&B, ideally located within a 10-15 minute walk of the center of Honfleur. The owner is very welcoming and takes excellent care of the property. The room was well-appointed and spotless. Breakfast was a delight with fresh fruit, orange juice, tea (or coffee), croissant, baguette, and eggs to your liking, along with local cheeses (and meat) if you wished, served at a large wood communal dining table. Being able to park on-site was a bonus. The property's pool, I imagine, is terrific in the summer months.

The owner was really nice and attentive. The house was beautiful, the room was really clean, and the bed comfortable It was great to have a separate area with a living room and 2nd bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, delicious bread, croissant, eggs, yogurt. Great location, close to center of Honfleur.

Homely, easy access and about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Honfleur. Large parking area. Genuinely friendly welcome. Lovely breakfast which unfortunately we had to eat quickly as we needed to get on the road to Calais. Our room and bed was very comfortable and provided everything we needed it was just a pity we were unable to stay longer on this particular trip.

Everything. The location was perfect for a short walk down to the port and also to get out of town with ease. Attention to detail was superb with a great range of hot drinks available in the room, including a coffee machine.We had one of the two rooms which both had their own staircase and lock so total privacy. Lovely view from the room and we sat out both evenings for a drink on the terrace. Swimming pool and sun beds would be perfect in summer.We had access to the lounge with BBC and CNN but with great WiFi could stream in our room. As for the breakfast - wow. Great coffee, juice, cereals croissant, bread, choice of jams, cheese, fruit. bacon and scrambled eggs and one day an amazing apple tart,the next muffins which we did not have room for. All impeccably presented in a lovely big room. Madame Danuta is a charming, attentive, friendly, welcoming host and provided excellent dining recommendations. I forgot the spacious on site parking,so often difficult or costly in France. We cannot recommend this highly enough and superb value for money.

If walking is an issue you may need to take a car to town. We were fine and enjoyed the walk down.
