My third time there and I always choose this Ibis Budget for its location and friendly staff. The main attractions in Honfleur are at walking distance and there is a supermarket 8-22 Monday to Sunday on the next block. Both room and bathroom are compact and minimalist, but comfortable enough. The microwave and snack/drink vending machines opposite the lift are most welcome.

The breakfast room is small and usually crowded. Also, bear in mind the front desk is not staffed all day, but there will always be someone available if you need to drop-off/pick-up your luggage.

Pascal and Miriam were warm and welcoming. I arrived jet lagged and exhausted from a long flight from Los Angeles and a bad night in Paris. Pascal gave me the quietest room with a lovely view. It was so peaceful I stayed a couple extra days.

It would be nice to have a kettle or microwave on the same floor instead of only in the lobby, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, especially considering the affordable price.

The breakfast was very good and had a variety of items. Crepes were made up each morning and there was maple syrup from Canada, chocolate spread, and apple sauce to go with them. There was also cut up fruit and fresh whole fruit along with chocolate croissants, plain croissants, French bread, cereal and yogurt. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It’s like every other Ibis budget hotel we have stayed in, except there was a nicer view and a bit more room than usual. Good sized room. Beds were comfy. Toilet and shower are like being on a ship, very limited space, but they do the job. It’s a short walk into Honfleur, which is very pretty. There is free parking nearby or several paid for car parks. Breakfast was very good (there was an additional charge but was good value). It was exactly what we needed for one night. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We slept well and had a good breakfast. Very good value for money.

Great location to visit Honfleur. Modern and clean facilities. Good soundproofing.

Not enough plugs - none by beds. The lighting by the beds is not great. The blinds on the window are not practical if you just want a little privacy from the street view. The controls for lights just above pillows stays lit permanently. Not great if you like darkness to sleep. Only 1 stool in a 3 person room! A couple of chairs would be better.

The location is good in a short walking distance from the main sights. There are a lot of parking options nearby with different price range. We parked at he backyard of the hotel, which costs 12 euros (there are cheaper options little farther). The room was small, clean, breakfast was basic but good.

There were no hairdryer in the room.

Location was perfect - within walking distance from all attractions. Continental style breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If driving, you can unload outside the hotel then park a few minutes’ walk away for just €6 for 24 hours.

Great location, close to the old town, good air con and comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing.

No free parking, limited parking outside, but expensive. The cheap parking across the basin which others have referenced is now a coach only park. Breakfast disappointing. Shower room/ toilet are modular, very basic, but clean and functional l. No hairdryer/ kettle

Meava on reception was very pleasant and seemed to be capable of doing everything..!! The hotel was clean and comfortable. My sister and I were very happy with all aspects... For the price we paid we couldn't fault anything.
