We upgraded to a studio, it was spacious, clean and had everything & more included. Fridge Freezer, cooking hob, kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. it also had a coffee machine with 2 pods, you could buy extra at €0.70 each The shower room was spacious & luxurious with enough towels & body wash. Like all French hotels, it doesn’t supply milk but there is a Lidl opposite. Great restaurant stop off half way back Amoretto, amazing food & wine

Lack of personality, more like an apartment building than a hotel. The pool area was extremely hot. The pictures show an open roof but this was not the case. It had the ability to be slid open but signs saying not to do this. All the sun beds were inside the very hot & enclosed pool area but we did notice that one couple moved two to the, very small patio area to enjoy the sun. I will say that it looks like a lot of work is planned so this will hopefully change.

I was very saddened to see the fish tank in reception. It needs major improvement. Firstly it is too small for those two fish. There is zero enrichment and it is just an existence. You need a bigger tank. It needs a backdrop/colourful scene. They need something to do/explore. Try a few plants, driftwood, a few ornaments/ caves, different textures, rocks, etc. Seriously, I was so sad to see the fish in a tiny tank with nothing else in it!! Please sort this out asap!

The building was far too striking and distracting from an excellent weekend - my travelling companion was distressed about the complete absence of gargoyles on the uppermost reaches of the west wing of the building

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had an amazing experience. The continental breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide range of tasty options that cater to all tastes. Parking is free. The staff is nice and helpful. They can also give you a map of the city and advice on what to do. The hotel is located near a supermarket, which is handy for any quick shopping needs. Additionally, it’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. I also enjoyed the free spa and pool facilities, which added a touch of luxury to the stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent stay with great amenities and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

Clean, friendly, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Great facilities in the room with fridge, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle.

Room was small given all the facilities contained within it. The hotel is said to be ten minute walk from town, but the drive is quite steep and not easy to negotiate in the rain and when you reach the road there is no footpath, you are on a dual carriageway with no crossing point. On the other side of the road, there is a footpath but you have to navigate through a hedge to get to it.

You really get value for your money. Swimming pool indoor and sauna with garden and chairs to rest & tan. Close to the city centre, a 10 min walk alongside the canal. Free parking. Excellent breakfast indoors as well as on the terrace. Small, well equipped kitchen in the room, equipped with pots and pans.

Staff did not tell that you should cross the round point outside the hotel, in order to find after 100 meter the very nice walk along the canal to the city centre.

Good location, 7-10 min by foot and you are in the centre, parking free , till 6p.m no problem with parking place) but after this time it is possible) lux have 2 separate rooms with a door, mini kitchen with kitchenware, air conditioner in both room , refrigerator, one French bed and sofa . Not all rooms have a balcony. Very good accommodation. Sauna and swimming pool free.

This is an accessible spa format, great for families with small children and compatible with the needs of us who are a bit older. Our room could accommodate a family with a spacious open main room with a microwave, fridge and kitchen sink built-in, a full washroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet and sink near the main door. There was a lovely little table for dining, but the complimentary breakfast room was just outside our door on the main floor. We benefitted from the generous laundromat facilities on-site at this stage of our tour—the staff and hotel management were very solicitous and helpful.

This place suited us to a "t" No complaints.

The size of the apartment is very good and conveniently located for supermarket as well as only being a 15 minute walk to the centre of Honfleur. Loved the pool which was large and the surrounding gardens were nicely kept. Staff very friendly.

While the hotel is set back away from the main road the road outside is quite busy and there is only a pavement on one side of the road. If you driving in it is fine but if you walk from the hotel you have to cross a double lane road where there is no crossing to get to the pavement on the other side of the street.

The continental breakfast was very good- well presented and fully stocked. Loved the space we had which made a lot of difference given we had our dog with us. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool added bonus.

Brutally honest here - the rooms were hot so we had to open windows but as our room was directly above the entrance we suffered a lot of noise until very late. Air-con would have made a big difference as with windows closed quite quiet. Slightly disappointing that the pool didn’t open until 9am so pre breakfast swim not possible (for us)
