The staff was friendly and helpful. They informed us straight away that the rooms don't have bathrooms. As long as you're aware that there is a community restroom and shower; you'll be good!

Not any fault of the Hotel, but road design made it difficult to access the parking lot form one direction. Also my GPS wanted to take me behind the building. Just a heads up to be aware of.

Terrible is an understatement for this hotel. One day before our stay, we received a message informing us that the reception would close at 9:00 PM but that we could still check in if we had a credit card. We arrived around 10:00 PM, but there was no place to check in outside the hotel. We spent an hour in the freezing cold of Paris trying to contact the hotel with no success until a cleaning lady appeared and said she would call someone responsible for the hotel. A woman eventually showed up, but she was rude and disrespectful. She said she would only accept cash and not card payments. We tried to explain and even showed her the message from the hotel, but she simply turned her back on us, went inside, and left us out on the street with nowhere to sleep in the cold. We had to urgently find another hotel to stay in. A platform as successful as Booking should not allow this type of hotel on its app! Not recommended, not even for a single night! A total lack of respect!
