Room: Everything was modern. Bed comfortable. The hotel is a bit wedge-shaped, and rooms at the tip of the wedge have funky angles but a very nice window view out towards the railroad station. The WiFi was stable and reasonably performant. there was a desk where you could work. Good set of power outlets in the room. Curtains kept the room dark at night (seen many hotels fail that test). You could buy some beer or wine in the reception. Stairwell so you did not have to use the elevator unless you wanted to.

The floor in the bathroom was ice cold, likely since there was no heating in there. The towel rack heater was broken. The selection of food in the breakfast was passable, but not particularly impressive.

I liked the room very much. It was roomy and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They helped me with figuring out the train schedule. They were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the selection immensely. Scrambled eggs, an assortment of danishes, toast, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, and cheeses.

I wish I had been shown where the button was that opened the outside gate so I could leave at a very early hour. It wasn’t lit, so I couldn’t see it in the darkness of the early morning.

The location of the hotel was only a block away from the train station. It was perfect for catching the train first thing in the morning. The room was really comfy and cute. The shower was great too. From the hotel, we walked to the palace with no problem. Between the hotel and the palace, there is Rue de Satory, where there are great restaurants and cafés. We did have breakfast at the hotel one morning. It was really good as the concierge made us a delicious plate of eggs to go along with the croissants and coffee he had for us. The view from the lounge is very cool too.

The lock box in our room was really tricky. Actually, we locked ourselves out of it. Lucky for us, the concierge knew how to unlock the safe. So we were quite relieved, but really embarrassed because the manual was right there on top of the lock box. So read the instructions! Also, the hotel is a long walk from the palace, but we didn't mind it at all in the end.

Room looked rather fresh; windows are pretty good, hardly any noise from the nearby streeet, very close to the train station; hotel suited my needs for attending a conference at the congress centre Versailles, which is very close to the chateau; it is a 15 min walk from the hotel to the congress centre and the chateau; breakfast room on the 6th floor with a tiny terrace;

The best is the staff I meet that is such great pleasure! I feel at home with Gilles , “ Nathalie Portman” and “Mark Ruffalo”. The location is great so close to train station and convenient with nearby shops/ food/ laundry, walking to Versailles within 10 mins. A cozy breakfast at 6th floor with view towards SNCF station.

Excellent location, close to a train and bus station, shops and the Palace. Very clean and quiet room. Beautiful views from the breakfast room and a very good choice of breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast.

Nothing we did not like. We would have liked a kettle and some teabags/coffee in the room to make ourselves a drink.

The location and the room was really good.

We came very early before checking in time. It was so cold windy when we came to the counter. The lady named Sha ha ( dark skinned lady) was not so happy to see us early. We asked to use the washroom but she say the is no washroom. We just didn’t want to trouble her so we left our luggage and left. She was not helpful at all.

Very clean and staff was wonderful. The location was perfect, and the AC was great, even during a heat wave. Walk to the palace and 6 minutes from the train station to visit Paris.

A refrigerator would have been a bonus as we stayed for 3 nights, but really no complaints.

Perfect place for a night or two in Versailles. Great value for money and located right next to Versailles-Chantiers station which was very handy on arrival and departure. It is also within walking distance of Chateau Versailles, as well as there being regular buses. The reception staff were also very friendly!
