The front office staff and room service were exceptionally friendly and professional, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, we were disappointed that the air conditioning in our room did not function as needed, making it difficult to adjust the temperature for comfort. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the problem was not resolved during our stay, as the concern seemed to be passed between staff without a solution. Despite this setback, we appreciated the hotel’s prime location and overall service, and we would consider staying again in the future. 2 night visit to attend a sporting event. Hotel Clean and Tidy, Staff welcoming and helpful, Rooms good with comfortable beds. As we arrived by car (pickup truck) booked car park at hotel, unfortunately our vehicle didn't fit as to high! Staff helped us to find alternative close by. BIG Bonus Tram station is 1 min walk away with great connections to Paris and Parc des Princes stadium. Special Thanks to Jordan who checked us in at Hotel earlier spent a very generous amount of his own time assisting us with purchasing passes for the train network GOOD GUY Thanks.

By Trade all members of our party are connected to the gardening industry. As you have such a lot of green features it was a shame they were a bit neglected.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy, rooms are basic but perfect for short stays. Great views of Paris on the rooftop, worth enjoying with the free beer the hotel provides on an evening. Suresnes is out of the centre of Paris but a nice neighbourhood with some good restaurants, bars and bakeries. Lots of amenities around and 100m from the T2 tram which runs to La Défense in less than 10 minutes so easy to get into the centre of Paris. Also walking distance from the Bois De Boulogne meaning a walk through the park into Paris is doable and very pleasant!

As it is outside the centre requiring a fair amount of metro type travel it’s probably best for groups that can easily get around. Not a dislike at all, it’s very well situated, more advice for those travelling with toddlers and elderly relatives!

Wow - made my single parent trip super easy and comfortable. Tram 160yds away for our Disneyland day €2.50 child and €5 adult each way €13 taxi to Eiffel Tower on Saturday each way via Uber unfortunately taxis were trying to charge as much as €80 Bolt taxi to airport €49 I’ve gone for this option as train issues today but the location is perfect Beds super comfy and clean to return to Staff are extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast has plenty of choice croissants/breads/meat/cooked eggs and sausages I would definitely stay again Some reviews said dated only communal area with pool table could do with some updating (and all balls to be able to play) didn’t hinder our stay at all Highly recommend - our stay here has been perfect

very nice hotel in Suresnes! The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and speaks English very well. I would especially like to point out Illios who was very helpful with every question we had. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied. There is a coffee machine in the lobby so you can make fresh coffee yourself and it's a nice touch. If you want to go to the center of Paris it is not far around 25 min in Uber. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I recommend.

Absolutely everything. The view was amazing, they had a pool table, a water machine that provided sparking water, room temp water and cold water, there was some complimentary sweets/cake in reception, the balcony area was stunning. The room size was perfect and the view/small balcony area topped it all off. Showers were good and water was always warm. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed who was on reception when we arrived, he was the loveliest man I have ever met.

We stayed there because it's close to Roland Garros. Small room but it didn't bother us.

The bfast server for first 2 days was awesome. The buffet didn't run out of bread, pancakes and eggs. The last 2 days, the server was horrible, she couldn't keep up with the needs of the guests. She is an embarrassment to the hotel. Yikes!

This is such a lovely place! My cousin stayed here a year ago and she recommended this place to me, but it was beyond expectations. The staff is really nice, the hotel is modern, clean, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Both savoury and sweet options and even some different ones from day to day. It has a nice rooftop with a view to Eiffel Tower. I really liked it here and the price is really good. Also, we are just across the street from the bus station and 2 minutes away by walking from the tram station. It was easy to go to Paris this way. Also, there are some restaurants and markets a few minutes away from the hotel. We even walked at night through the neighbourhood and we felt safe at all times.

Small cozy hotel. Excellent location, next to a very picturesque park and observation deck overlooking downtown and the Eiffel Tower, not far from the Bois de Boulogne. Parking is available, this was important to us. Water cooler and coffee machine available at all times - incredibly convenient, wish all hotels had this! Beautiful cozy restaurant. Our room was clean and quite spacious. The staff was friendly and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Located right by the tram station which made a super quick commente to La Défense. Also good food delivery options in the area even at unsociable hours and the staff were super friendly. They kept our luggage safe while we explored the city before our flight and were so kind when we were a bit tardy to check out. Bathroom was clean and water reached a nice high temperature. Would absolutely recommend for a short stay, gets the job done at a very decent price without an overly budget feel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our towels weren’t changed by housekeeping when the rooms were cleaned but such a minor instance that didn’t hugely impact my overall experience.
