Central location very clean and very comfortable nice breakfast

Car park a bit tight to enter but we.knew that when we.booked

The location was excellent! In a quiet street with some lovely restaurants around. We walk just 10’ to the Château. The breakfast was great and the staff super lovely. The bed was also very good!

The bathroom was not the best. The shower couldn’t stay in a good position and the water was running out of the cabin all the time, making the floor wet for long. Also the flash in the wc was not working good. As we went there to the Bal of Versailles and had long dresses, to not have a space to hang the clothes was also not so good.

Great location, with few restaurants right around the corner plus many more 5min walk away. Versailles is a nice town on its own even without the chateau, so we walked the streets and the market and enjoyed spending the one night here. The chateau is 10-15min walk, area is safe and pretty charming. The hotel room was great, modern and clean. We didn't use the breakfast as we preferred to hit one of the cafes nearby, but there was free coffee and drinks.

Great location and staff were all very friendly and helpful with our requests. Only 10-12 min walk to Versailles. Nearby on the same road you have many restaurants and bars for a local bite to eat or drinks.

Room was very small and what seemed like a small double bed, so my mistake for booking a small bed as not big enough for us as a couple. Aircon was ineffective so not sure if it was working as only a central system. No water in the room and was disappointed but realise is only a 3 star hotel.

The location was excellent, just off the main road that leads to the palace so easy to walk to but quiet. Reception staff were very helpful and tried to get our rooms done early. They also gave us advice on traveling to Paris which saved us a lot of money as a group. The breakfast had everything you could want and it was delicious, a good way to start a day of sightseeing.

The location was good as it was quite close to the Versailles Palace. Also there were neighborhood was quite nice with the market and shops. The staff was quite pleasant and the manager was quite helpful! The breakfast was indeed very nice.

On arriving at12 midnight at the Hotel, the garage was to small to fit my station wagon, and I needed to park the car in front of the hotel till early morning and then put my car in the public parking. Also The elevator was not working on the day of arrival and we were on the top floor and had to drag our luggage all the way up via the stairs. After a long trip from the Netherlands with a lot of traffic.

Nice room, bed very comfortable, room temperature was comfortable. We did not do the breakfast.

Parking garage entry was very tight, parking space was ok but leaving was difficult because a van parked in the only turning area so we had to back out without hitting the sides of the entry onto a side street that was a one way, one lane. Wish I had taken a picture.

Fantastic location, really nice room and staff. Only reason it's not a 10 is the air conditioning was broken at the time of stay and it was 28 degrees C at night.

Parking garage underneath is very small and entrance is narrow. I had to reverse up the ramp as no room to turn around inside. Also, the parking garage is literally next door to the hotel and they have to open it up for you, we did 3 stressful laps before we managed to get through on the phone to the reception

The staff was very helpful and super nice. The location is right next all the shops and more importantly from the Palace of Versailles. I went for a run in the morning in the gardens of Versailles from the hotel. Very quiet and you can find some free parking available in the streets nearby.

Roomy by Parisian standards, very clean, and with beautiful decor. A stone's throw away from the palace, which was such a blessing after a day's worth of sightseeing. The breakfast bar was a great bonus, especially since they weren't that strict with the opening hours- my kids are late risers and and an unruly bunch in the morning. The breakfast was pretty basic in terms of variety, but still delicious. We had the best omelette here. Great coffee maker. Scrumptious croissants. Decent butter, cheese, and cold meats. A very professional and attentive young lady tended to the tables at all times, so the place was spotless. They charge a fairly good price for parking. Upon arrival, a manager spoke to us in English to explain that there'd be a slight delay with the checkin, which was a massive help. The receptionist was very nice to the kids and the customer support was exceptional. On our way back, we were informed we'd forgotten some items in the room, and they arranged for them to be delivered to our home. So, 5* service.

The room would get a bit hot at night, even with the window open, and the air conditioning didn't make much of a difference. The parking lot entrance was a very tight squeeze, and we managed to scratch the car. Also, you kept needing to push a button every few seconds to prevent the garage door from coming back down. At breakfast, there was no sign on the egg boiler to say everybody boils their own eggs, so people helped themselves to eggs other people had put in and waited several minutes for. A sign would make a massive difference, I think.
