The location of the hotel is very good. The RER station is just a 3-minute walk if you do not follow Google Maps and just go from where the restaurants are. There are many good restaurants just behind the hotel with lots of variety. Some comments read that the parkway was shady and stuff, but I never experienced anything as such. There is a fast food restaurant called La Petit Bouffe that serves cheap food with really good quantity and taste. All in all, the experience was really good. There were some reviews about the water pressure in the shower cubicle, but with this room everything was perfect. You get enough utensils like 2 plates, 2 hollow plates, 2 bowls, tea cups, glasses, cuttlery, no knife, one large fry pan, 1 big and 1 small pot, tongs, and a cooking spoon with dishwashing liquid. The reception team tries to accommodate all of your requests. There is a large carrefour just a 7-10 minute walk where you can buy all your groceries. Just that, its very confusing as everything is in French.

The elevator was not maintained properly and was smelling. Kitchen tissue papers should be given in the kitchen. The heating in the room must be worked on for cooler seasons, as it got really cool and the temperature wouldn't go above 24 degrees even though it felt much colder in the room.

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights and was brilliant stay and fully equipped kitchen was a bonus 👌 the beds was comfortable and our apparthotel was clean staff were helpful and friendly and location was spot on with train station behind which take you too disneyland just 3 stops away and paris about 25 mins away on train also restaurants and shopping centers just walking distance would definitely recommend and we would stay again as the price was reasonable too thank you to all apparthotel we had a great stay 😀

Can't really fault the hotel

Location is amazing. Great restaurants nearby as well as a local supermarket. Train station is also a 3 minute walk. Three stops and you are in Disney Land. Torcy was a great area with lots of culture. Staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room daily. Basic rooms but is very clean.

Breakfast was way too bland. I was there for 3 nights and did not bother eating it after the first day. Rooms are basic and need a bit of repair in places but you get what you pay.

The location is perfect for a trip into Paris. I also didn’t realise how many lovely restaurants were nearby. Plus bowling, cinema and small arcade. An excellent Spar, bakery and pharmacy. The family studio was very clean. The kids loved it. Staff were very helpful and kind. We stayed for 2 nights after our stay at Disneyland. The area is very safe, it has a lovely community feel.

It is dated but they are working on the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast so couldn’t comment. No tea towel to dry dishes, bought one from a gift shop in Paris! More pillows would be nice.

The location to the train station to get to and from Disney was amazing. The fact we had a kitchen so we could make some food for our son who is a bit of a fussy eater was amazing.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, we mentioned this upon leaving and was informed we could have changed rooms but it wasn't necessary as we spent most of the time out. It was just not nice first thing in the morning before going out

I like all staffs of the Apparthotel Torcy being smiling and ready to be helpful what we asked for.

The uber driver seems to be very difficult de find the location/meeting point when we requested a transfer to Paris Charele-De-Gaulle Airport, probally because: 1-The Apparthotel Torcy does't provide any indication/sign when a non-local driver approching, and the Apparthotel Torcy is located in a parking where 4 hours stay is free for all vehiclues.

Distance to disney was fab. Shops and restaurants very local, lovely and quiet, air con was great, shower was great

The smell in the bathroom was unpleasant like stagnant water but once you were in the shower using it you couldn't smell it and it didn't spread into the room. The amenities were very sparce i.e. so no kitchen utensils, 2 spoons forks and knives, no tea towel to dry plates etc but for our stay it wasn't a big deal.

Like most people who book with a family, you can have your concerns and overthink locations. This Apparthotel was Clean, Tidy, Minimal, No Fuss, has a fridge freezer, shower was very very Slippy, Please wear flip-flops or take a shower matt for baby’s. shopping centre 10 min walk. Spar shop 3 mins walk. The Reception staff were great, Reception staff spoke English well. Hotel seems poplar with the Dutch traveler’s. Location was a bit Suspect at first. Once settled it was fine. Locals will not bother you. 2 Stops / 10 Mins from Disney on the Train. 45 mins from Châtelet-les Halles on 1 line with no changes for Notre Dame. I would recommend this hotel to Friends and family.

The Windows open wide with the beds next to it. If you have Infants be careful on the higher floors. This property need to add a security feature of the adults want to use it.

The reception staff were very helpful, kind and pleasant to deal with which was really wonderful. The place was basic but very clean and exactly what we needed after a busy few days in Disneyland. I hope to stay again in future as the access into Paris city is conveniently accessed by the train just behind the hotel. There's a great selection of food vendors/restaurants right beside the hotel too.

There weren't enough towels for us in the room, only two small bath towels, a hand towel would have been useful and the room wasn't tended to between the two nights we spent there but we had slept late so it may have been due to that. I couldn't fault the service on a whole.

Bathroom was nice, handy having a good kitchenette that was very clean and is equipped with enough to be able to make basic meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome. Really good location for Disneyland Paris.

Could've done with some extra pillows in the room, but to be fair - we didn't ask for any more. Instructions for the hob! There were none, but a quick browse on YouTube saved the day. Some of the external areas on the estate surrounding the complex had a couple of people loitering late at night, but cutting through the service road from the food court solved this. Not the fault of the hotel.
