The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. It was a pleasure to feel a part of the family and spend our Christmas there.

We stayed in a Triple room that had a "children's room". Unfortunately the children's room was actually the entrance to the room which meant it was noisy from the corridor and also inconvenient and difficult to leave the room after our child had gone to sleep. The shower and toilet were also accessed from this entrance (child's room) rather than the adult's room. It made things a bit tricky but overall we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderfull stay at Les Gentianettes Hotel. The dinners were delicious and we ate very good food. Highly recommend the restaurants, excellent food! Breakfasts were also great. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. A very nice and cosy family run hotel. We will definetly come again.

All was great!

We wanted a relaxing out of the way place to relax. We booked in for one night and stayed an extra. The service is impeccable, the food amazing and we really loved hanging out at the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. This is an area for hillwalkers and those wanting to just chill with a book. The whole area is what you would expect of the mountains. I loved it. We had two rooms with an adjoining door - great with kids.

Room was very small. Breakfast was quite basic and charged in addition to the room charge.

Exceptional services and facilities. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. They even prepared an appetizer for us after the kitchen closed. The SPA was very accessible from the room and clean.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Amazing food and great service throughout our stay. I don't speak French but it worked out fine any way. The only downside is that the room was cold, but don't let that stop from visiting this great hotel. Make sure to eat in there restaurant
