We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect, close enough to Nice for easy access, yet peaceful and relaxing. The cleanliness was amazing, and a special thank you to the cleaning staff for maintaining such high standards. Overall, we would definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

Fantastic little hotel with a wonderful view of St Paul de Vence and its south-west facing valley. It is well located with many interesting destinations in its surroundings. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who at several occasions provided us with great recommendations for activities/food and helped us make the necessary reservations (since we did not speak French).

Nothing about the property. Just be aware that you need a car in this region, since even the short walk to La Colle-sur-Loup require you to walk on the road, where cars drive much too fast, since there often is no sidewalk.

Good location in country side with nice view. Quiet place with beautiful surroundings. We really liked it. Friendly helping staff.

1. Lack of ventilation in the room (so it’s stuffy with closed windows. You can open the window, but it allow mosquitoes to fly in. But roller shutters are solving this issue). 2. Uncomfortable hard pillows. 3. WC is separated from bathroom and has no hygienic shower. 4. Poor breakfast (coffee/tea, fruits, cereals, fresh croissant, little pieces of not interesting cheese and ham, and that’s all). I recommend Garden cafe Nice for breakfast and brunch. It’s awesome.

honestly everything!! I am always a little skeptical booking something online with the photos always looking better than in reality but this hotel totally lived up to the photos. in fact, it was even better in person! it’s located in a really good area so a quick walk to the shops or even for a wander, parking is excellent, the pool is fantastic with lovely sunbeds and umbrellas, the pool towels are super soft and comfy, the rooms are a lovely size, the beds and the pillows are super comfy, the housekeeper is excellent and the rooms looks like a 5* service after she has been in, the sheets and the towels smell so clean and fresh everyday. honestly everything you read from the hotel and the advertising is spot on. I booked this hotel for 10 nights for a surprise birthday trip for my husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. all the staff were super friendly and welcoming, it genuinely felt like a home away from home! haha we had lunchtime picnics in our room after getting bits from the shops and local bakeries and they were so accommodating with plates and cutlery for us! I can’t wait to return and I’m telling all our family to visit too!!! 😊 11 out of 10 💗

Nice hotel in a good position but it felt more like a guest house. Very clean, nice room. Nice view out.

view was lovely over looking st paul, close proximity to the coast short trip on our scooter , very quiet, pool was lovely and secluded, all in all great location, owners were very kind in helping with our French/ English translation. we would like to take this opportunity to pass our thanks on to the French community who throughout our 3 week stay across France were helpful and made us feel welcome

nothing, only 1 small thing to look out for, we travelled with a van as we took bikes and scooter for getting around, the small canopy over the road doesnt allow vans through although i dont think many will do this.

Everything! Beautiful grounds, amazing clean pool, the most incredible view out our window from balcony overlooking St Paul de Vence and the mountains in the distance so beautiful. Comfortable beds super clean facility and perfect location

No elevator... but the owner helped carry my suitcase so no issues...that's about it!

What a gem! Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful well-cared for hotel in a lovely, quiet primarily residential neighborhood. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Great location close to local attractions and the bus to many of these stops just outside the property - very convenient! The pool was also exceptionally clean, with a perfect temperature for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. Wonderful views to St Paul de Vence from the room balcony. Excellent breakfast! The owners obviously take great care of each of their guests and were truly pleasant and helpful at every opportunity. Would love to stay there again if ever again in the area.

The place has very nice owners and a beautiful view. True, you need a car to get to the beach or to St. Paul. But if you have a car, this is the place you want to be. There is a nice small pool and the rooms are spaceous. Your breakfast will be cooked fresh by the owners. There is nothing like staying at a place run by a family.
