Great hospitality, the host Fabienne has been warm, informative, very helpfull, and with a good sense of humour. The view from 2 rooms, over the mountains is gorgeus. The talks at morning table enjoyable. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The sorroundings, expectetly, are densely populatet areas, with rather heavy traffic, with the consequense, that it at times takes double as long time to get around by car. Constant slight sound of traffic noise in much of the area, and around the property.

Great location only minutes from Cannes, Antibes and Nice. Hostess was very personable, friendly and helpful with explaining what to see in the area. Our room was spacious, clean with a lovely view. The property offered great amenities with a large pool, very comfortable lounge chairs and nice seating options for eating. We would definitely return to this property.

The narrow road down to their driveway and gate was unusual steep and freaked out my wife, though it didn’t bother me especially driving an automatic. They have some clutter that should be cleared and out of view.

Magnifique! Perfect location with beautiful view to the mountains, great moments at sunrise and sundown, clear rooms, and modern bathroom even with own balkony for privacy. The house is located in a quite suburb with sufficient parking on private property. However all this is nothing without the glorious Fabienne, who - as a great team with her husband - takes care of everything, welcomes you with happyness and gives excellent recommendations about local hidden places to visit - very useful for first time visitors at Cote d'Azur! Highly recommended!

Everything was fine

We cannot speak more highly about this property or its owners. They are so welcoming and you feel part of their family from the moment you meet them. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. It was clean and very quiet. The pool was such a bonus. It was also so lovely to meet other international guests at the continental breakfast in the morning. We would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous place to stay ❤️

Breakfast was excellent, and it's always fun to have some conversation with either Fabianne or the other guests. Love the pool, the view and the quiet surroundings. Room was very comfortable, also with an outstanding view.

The only issue is the steep drive up and down the hill to get there, and the blind spot at the top of the hill, but it just takes a little getting used to. It is easier to have an automatic car for this reason.

This is a rare find ; exceptional Fabienne & Christophe the hosts welcomed us with open arms. Fabienne is knowledgeable of the area she gave us some tips and ideas. The rooms are modern and comfy the breakfast is fresh and delicious and there is a cozy swimming pool on the terrace overlooking the surrounding hills, Fabienne is highly communicative she answered our question before and during our stay there . we loved it there :))))))

Steep driveway going in and out of the property

Fabienne offered coffee, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baguettes, croissants, pain du chocolate, yogurt, fruit and jam. It was so beautiful eating on the patio with her other guests.

The drive is a bit tricky, with a narrow road up and an an extremely steep driveway to the property.

absolutely wonderful place with amazing hostess Fabiana!!! clean and well maintained villa. Fabiana prepared breakfasts and kindly gave recommendations for the best travel around the region. We definitely recommend spending your holidays in her house
